Frustrating and slow

An app that makes it easier to go into the store. It’s consistently difficult to navigate, the search and filter options make it really hard to find what you want. Frequently logs me out and today, won’t let me log back in. Offers are inconsistent in the app, price per bottle of wine goes up when you buy six. I’d just prefer the basics were right, search by offer etc.

Ai chat agent ONLY and sneaky ordering

The app will accept a payment for “now” delivery and then change it to three business days. Chat agents will lie to you and there is no way to track your order. Another trash corporation ruined by AI.
