I have been dancing with DD for nearly 2 years now and am loving it! It gives me the ability to keep my mobility up and the flexibility to work at my own space or ‘choose my adventure’ - there’s no pressure at all - just do my best on the day and enjoy.

Barre Class
I am doing the introductory offer at present and simply love the Barre class. It just suits me helping to strengthen my legs as I am a masters swimmer and focus on Breaststroke. I’ve tried the Mature Movers class too and it was so much fun. The venue is great, the teachers are great and the music really sets the scene for a fun, fitness and friendship.

I’m absolutely loving the dancing. It has given me so many benefits… I’ve lost weight, regained my waistline, made some lovely friends and I can nearly touch my toes again!
I’m trans woman, very careful about where I socialise, and the warmth and acceptance at Dance Dynamics is simply wonderful.

This class is quite life changing. Struggled forever with coordination. Slowly, slowly with Rita’s encouragement it is all starting to come together. I look forward to the class each week.

This is the place to be. The instructors , the vibe , the pace, the power pack team …. Everythingggg about this place is just good. Every instructor starting from the Owner Paul to his most talented and energetic team is just Wowwww

Heaps of easy parking , clean premises, fresh and clean toilets … reasonable packages. What else can one want:) So Dnt waste any more time and just get started. Trust me this is the place to be. Live life to the fullest . Start your self love and care routine at Dance Dynamics 👏

Loving the variety of classes over my 21 day trial have managed to do a few. Dance classes are fun and exhausting and recently tried Barre tone just loved this class and will it feel tomorrow but loved it and need it.

There are genres for all tastes respective of ages, stages and dance abilities.
