Amazing teacher, amazing energy, THE BEST!
Ilana is a force for good in this world! Discovered her thanks to a friend during lockdown. Her optimism, energy, encouragement are infectious and empowering. And her classes are FUN! And they push you! If you love dancing, she encourages you to do it like no one’s watching (and they’re not - you’re in your living room/kitchen/bedroom!) and if you’re feeling braver, you can film yourself and upload (I was never that brave, but my friend was!). She helps you to love yourself. And, let’s face it, we all need that!

At last a dance app that works for me!!
So excited to find DanceBox as an app. I have followed Illana and her dance classes for quite a while and to have all her classes both live and on demand has been amazing. Illana’s energy and infectious teaching style will get you fit and happy and ready for the beach.
