Can’t trust stock ratings
Response from developer
Thank you for the feedback, and we understand why this looked confusing. The AI Score is not an average of the Fundamental, Technical, Sentiment, and Low Risk subscores. It is calculated independently from all the data available for a stock, while each subscore takes into account only its own specific type of indicators (fundamental, technical, sentiment, or risk). That is why the AI Score can differ from what the individual subscores suggest. This is explained on our website, in the tooltip next to the AI Score on each stock page. We are also redesigning the user interface right now, and we will make it clearer that the other scores are independent from the AI Score. The AI Score also rates a stock's probability of beating the market over the next 3 months, which is a different measure from an analyst or AI chatbot price target. An 8 means a higher-than-average probability of outperforming, not a specific upside figure. Every stock page also shows the Alpha Signals behind its score, so you can see exactly what drives it, and you can review the AI Score's track record at https://audit.danelfin.com/. If you share the stock with our team at https://help.danelfin.com/en/requests/new, we would be glad to walk through its score with you.
