Money hungry and lazy
The ads are absolutely unbearable and it immediately destroys the game. They fill it with ads so you are forced to pay for the removal if you want to play their game. That alone shows they do not care about this game at all. The gem grind is frustrating considering the “play this other game to win gems” just does not work, but once you remove ads it’s not that bad. But the story? I loved the first 2/3 of the story, then it just completely falls apart and rushes to finish off without answering your questions. A major event happens in Eugene’s ending (costs the most gems by the way) IN LIKE 10 LINES!!!! Major characters die and they just move on. It’s so distasteful and rushed and awful. This game has been out for over 7 years and there are grammatical errors, which the devs reply to that feedback with “email us and we’ll fix it.” 7 years ago. And it’s the same. I really like the characters and the story they were setting up, but they completely destroyed it because this game is just a quick cash grab to them. I do not recommend playing it at all, spare yourself. Watch playthrough’s online or just read the fanwiki.

Not F2P Friendly
The story, characters, and art all great and super interesting, but so much of the game is inaccessible if you do not have gems. You can either pay for gems or watch a bunch of ads for them, and the latter option basically just gives you pennys. I wouldn’t mind just paying for the game to avoid all of that in a one and done purchase, but instead this game is geared towards a bunch of microtransactions. If you’ve got the spare change, go ahead and play, otherwise, don’t waste your time on trying to get free gems because you barely get any.

Good, english translation errors, gems system is weird
So far, I really like the game. Just something that bothers me is the DMs have some weird English l grammar. Knowing this game is originally in Korean, I can kind of understand, but the dms just look like it was translated literally from korean to english. I find the gem systems a little bit much. I think the dialogue options that cost gems are too much, considering how little the game actually gives.

Good but…
At first glance this game seems to be pretty well-made but theres a-lot of translation mistakes, weird censorship and the characters having an inconsistent colour palette in some official arts. I truly believe this game could have a comeback and do well if there was more thought put into it as well as have more of an otome aspect, since there isn’t much romance as I and many others hoped for. If theres more events and more content that helps fill in plot holes and other issues, id say this game would be more popular and well liked. I give the developers my best wished and hope they take into account what ive spoken about.

good game, bad mechanics
loved the story and the twist ending, but it’s basically pay to win and there’s a TON of ads every time. you have to either pay or grind a lot to get any good ending, and it tries to trick you into buying outfits you don’t need. i got multiple inappropriate ads, too. overall good game, though, and i’m impressed with the plot and the horror atmosphere. i hope they stop being so greedy.

This game has some really good stuff. It has a beautiful art style and decent music, two of the most important things for an otome. Guess what else is very important for a otome? ROMANCE! This game has almost none 💀
It truly would have benefited from having multiple routes so you can choose a guy to romance instead of one big story where you’re basically getting friend zoned five times over. This means you actually spend time with the love interest instead of having them show up every now and then, just for you to have to make a choice to increase the affinity level by the width of a dust particle.
The way that it is, characters are surface level, seeming simultaneously too close to the MC all while never really bonding with her. Giving each guy a route would fix that.. You have to get each ending to completely unlock the mystery, which means you will need all the outfits, and multiple paid choices. It’s either a pretty steep price, or a huge time sink if you’re not a spender. Just play the Arcana, its actually f2p friendly

I recently just downloaded this game and it’s really fun and entertaining so far, but i’m not really enjoying the fact that you are given an option to pick whom you would like to go with but you’re required to have a ticket but as of now (for me), the only way is by purchasing tickets or rubies. The storyline is great so far and as said, it’s entertaining, but the tickets and rubies. Another thing is there’s so many ads. once you finishing ready a chapter, there’s an ad and it gets really annoying. overall, would i recommend this to someone? no, not really.
