I’ve been down here for 15 years and the pizza is definitely NY style. You can tell that the ingredients are premium. Very good pizza. Salads are also very good. I had a few pasta dishes and I wasn’t impressed. A few things that I judge an Italian restaurant by.
1. Eggplant. If your eggplant is up to high standards I dock a few points.
2. Meatballs. Need I say more.
3. Pasta.
4. Tomato Sauce. Not GRAVY.
5. Calimari. Can’t stand rubbery squid.
6. Bread. Garlic bread.
7. Wine.
