Crashes on purchase
I have same problem as others. Purchased game after playing preview. Crashes immediately. I would like a refund please.. or sort problem out £2.99. This isn’t first time this has happened on a purchased game from big fish. They just ignore comments

Wieder ein tolles Spiel dieser Serie! Schöne Schauplätze in guter Grafik, flottes Durchspielen durch Karte und schnellen Tipp, gute Games und WBS. Dazu Sammel- und Chamäleon- objekte. Bei den WBS ist auch 3gewinnt möglich, aber das kann man fast vergessen. So schnell, wie das gespielt ist, kann man die WBS normal gar nicht lösen. Hat aber der Spielfreude keinen Abbruch getan.

Rubbish
I’ve played A LOT of Big Fish games and this was by far the absolute worst. Somehow I finished it without killing myself - I paid for it, so I had to play it. If the trial was a bit longer I would have had time to judge just how bad it was before paying, but it somehow has good ratings so I thought I’d give it a go. Unresponsive HOP’s, tiny objects, I had no idea what was going on half the time, the map was in a stupid place, and a whole heap of other things that just didn’t make sense. THE WORST game I have ever played.

Not happy thought by now you would have got this problem sorted after two years, but I purchased it and it has done the self same thing to me as the last review and I don’t even get a chance, but also keeps saying failed to purchase, then when I try to purchase it tells me I already have paid do I want it again for free, I know I’ve purchased it arrr please can I have a refund very disappointed

Really enjoyed it. It wasn't too fast, too easy, or too hard. There was a map (in the carriage). Overall pretty good.
Enjoyed highly but it was buggy....
1) Yes, there is a map. It's on the lower left hand side. You click menu and there it is.
2) Regarding it being buggy. I had NO sound in any of the cut scenes which was disappointing. Also, on some of the games, I'd finish it but the game wouldn't recognize that it was done so I would have to skip it.
Other than that, I loved the game. Oh and one more undesirable part of the game was this ODD decision on adding a bar centered around Hell/Devil. It had NO reason for being there except to add extra creepiness to it but it didn't need it. /sigh I just wish they wouldn't add things like that....

The game seems pretty good, a bit different to other games of its type. The problem is the free trial is very short, so you don't have much time to get used to the game play or get a real feel for the game before being asked to buy it

Ein fantastisches Spiel. Wer schon in Paris war wird einiges wiedererkennen. Die Geschichte ist spannend, Karte, Bonusspiel und auch ein Bonus WBS einfach toll gemacht.+
Disappointing
No map. But if you use the hint button it will allow you to transport. I don't like this type of hidden object games. It was "find the shape." Didn't know I needed to collect windmills until into the third scene, and couldn't go back to get them, though I had seen them. Seems old, though it says this is the first version. The trial was over VERY quickly, which suggests a short game. But, another reviewer said it was lengthy. Not thrilled with the evidence finding. I really liked the first game in this series, but this isn't up to those standards. I was disappointed.
