About
DAOL is a completely free workout tracker built to help you measure progressive overload and make real, measurable progress.
Most workout apps just log numbers. DAOL shows you how your current workout compares with your previous and best performances — across weight, reps, and total volume.
COMPLETELY FREE
Every feature in DAOL is available for free. No subscriptions, no paywalls, and no limits on how many workouts you can record.
WHY PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD

What's New in DAOL
1.0.2
September 13, 2026
Here's what's improved in this update. • Fixed a Dark Mode display issue Some screens (such as New Routine) appeared dark with hard-to-read text when your device was set to Dark Mode. This has been fixed. • Smoother way to start a routine Tapping a routine no longer starts your workout instantly. You'll now see a preparation screen to review and adjust today's exercises before tapping "Start Workout" — so you won't start by accident. • Clearer streak message on Home Reworded the "Streak" card so your progress reads at a glance.
