Daraz are thieves!
I had roughly 13,000bdt worth of returned items come back to their delivery hub and was told by their staff in the depot that returned items will be delivered to you address. After 7 days of no delivery and instead of calling me to pick them up they decided to send it to their unclaimed returns centre on the 8th day. After I enquired about and said your colleagues told it would be delivered to my address they told me that was a mistake and that the items go to their return Center to be destroyed and you can’t have it back. Lithium batteries destroyed? More like they resold them in auctions or their staff stole them. Also Daraz are such thieves that they charge 16% commission on batteries, it gets so expensive that you have to sell you make a loss after they take their cut compared to average market prices. Absolute thief of a company and there’s nothing you can do about it either because in their one thing is written and wrong information from their staff is your problem.
I have stopped using Daraz as a seller outlet and advise everyone never to buy or sell anything from there. Sellers especially are at a big risk.

I have awful experience as a seller
Selling on Daraz is a nightmare. On top of commission, there are countless hidden charges. Now sellers are even forced to offer free shipping and big discounts during sale. Returns often arrive damaged or tampered with, yet any evidence is swiftly disregarded. Duplicate orders come with the charming ultimatum: dispatch or face penalties. As for the Seller Help Center—it excels at being unhelpful. Though sellers form the platform’s foundation, they’re treated more as a necessary inconvenience.

NOT RECOMMEND
They will not do business themselves and will not let anyone do it . Trying but I just couldn't make a legal case against them . Don’t waist your time, money & business with them. I have 1 year of experience with them. They’re not responsible for your item, delivery, handling, damage, lost and even listings. They may lock your listing anytime without any explanation. You can’t plan a large business with them. They don’t maintain any rules or standards. The lost my 300+ items and still they don’t even answerable about it. Totally irresponsible. They said the items has been returned but they don’t have any evidence. I tried 1 year as I planned with this market but this is going to be the last day with them. It is only a matter of time before this company shuts down.

New Update is literally very frustrating and bad. In recent update we have data section we can see how many visitors we got
And how much add to cart out product and how much customer buy from us and easily handle everything from mobile but the new update is totally useless

I can't see my account statement in new version while it was working fine with the old version. I an using Apple mobile and there is no caches to clear it. Dislike this app

Last version was more better than current version. This version has very limited features. Very very disappointed. Na service achi hy na hi app..
Worst Update Ever
The new version update is a total disaster. The dashboard has no shortcuts or functions for the users.
