App Freezing
Very frustrating experience. The OTP is sent so slowly that you don’t know if it’s been sent or not….so inevitably you request another and then your OTP’s get unaligned and you can’t log-on.
Also, the App does not pass stage 4 when entering details correctly it just freezes on Register.
Overall, not a good experience. Also it would be good to have a unified UAE wide system rather than systems in each Emirate.

No explanation available about the service and requirements. You have to find out the hard way with fines registered on the car and no signs n motorway
Confused on the charge
Doesn’t really make sense. Why is it 100aed just to register a vehicle on the system, not even using the toll gate (or even if I did, shouldn’t that be a separate charge and registration should be free?).

The app has most of the features you need for the toll gates. It also has the feature to pay for Mawaqif parking. Which makes it easier to have everything in one place.

Amazing service!
Having had a car registered for DARB and having wallet balance, I wanted to register a new car. I downloaded the app, using UAE Pass, and the app showed my new car detail as pending for registration! And registering was intense with the required charge being taken from my wallet balance. The auto availability of my new car detail for registration and quick and easy process. Amazed!

It is unreasonable to put the entire card information to recharge. There must be provision to save card and while recharging to can ask only for Cvv
