The removed color coded deposits
Deposits used to be green and withdraws were black. Now everything is black and the only difference in the single character “-“ before the dollar amount. Please change it back.

Over a month now of redownloading and trying to login, I can’t deposit any checks because the app has not been working for an entire month!!!!!!

I’ve been using this app for almost 4 years and now it won’t let me login, it just says “unexpected error- try again”. It’s been doing this for 3 days! *angry emoji*

Wasn’t even worth one star the app opens and says retry you click retry and it pops up again literally a second later

Doesn’t work with multiple logins anymore
With the last update a year or two ago, I lost the ability to see all my usernames in a drop down list. Now, I have to type in each one of them.
No more quick view???

Stopped working
As of a week ago all I get when I sign in is “verifying login information”. It goes on as long as it cares to or until it times out. Can’t log in anymore. What happened?

I was so happy to see that there is a new version of the online banking app. We finally get the ability to deposit checks via the app and fingerprint security! Well done USF!
