Not satisfied

The watch does not pair to phone devices and if it doesn’t pair the device doesn’t work for a lot of the features

Not letting me Bluetooth

Bluetooth is not allowing

Need to improve many features

After followed instruction to allow GPS, I am not able to find this option anywhere in the app nor the watch. After Add selected Contacts, there is no option to add more contacts from the app or the watch.

My thoughts on this smartwatch

Needs to add more directions. Can’t figure out how to add E-Card and when I turn the watch off and back on, I have to reset the some of apps…very frustrating. But everything else seems to be fine.

Meh.

It’s a budget friendly substitute for an Apple Watch. Needs updated watch faces as most are generic and unusable. Some do not even display activity/steps, HR, etc. if these updates are made this watch would be exponentially better.

Use on ft9 pro

My watch stuck on update screen when i tried to upgrade from this application and now just stucked and do nothing and when unplug charger it goes off!!! Help

Steps are not really steps

A simple arm (sitting in a chair, reach for my tea, take a sip, place the cup back) reports 16 steps! Driving 400 miles (no steps, just driving) reported almost 16k steps. I’ve only had the watch for two weeks and this exaggeration of steps appears to be more apparent in the last few days. If it is not corrected, I will return the watch.

I’ve had this watch approximately 6 weeks…everything was fine first 4 then I’ve been unable to record sleep, steps etc.
beyond return date…very disappointing

Very disappointed!

First, battery life is not as advertised. After watch battery was drained, watch lost all settings. It said 10:34pm at 5:56 am.

App will not let me test blood pressure, oxy. Levels etc due to low battery. However battery was just taken off charger with 97% charge.

App is not intuitive. Would love better guide! Sent an email to developer. No response that I am aware of.

Problems

I like the watch look and feel. However, I have had a number of problems with it. The first watch wouldn’t hold a charge. The replacement initially started well, tracking the items I wanted. It recently started double counting my-steps. At the end of the day, it has been reflecting double of what it should be. I average 8000 to 10000 steps a day. Lately it is reflecting 13000 to 18000 steps and I know that I haven’t walked that much. Not a reliable watch.

Dangerous

This watch heated up and severely burned my sons wrist! He has cerebral palsy and I was using this to monitor his heart rate and blood pressure. Please do not use this watch on anyone that is unable to feel pain correctly. My sons wrist is blistering from the damage!
