Slow and frustrating

This app is super slow, frustratingly so. That can be overlooked if other features on it actually worked. Like, it doesn’t always show the books that I have on loan and on hold. It’ll say, “you currently have no loans,” when I know for a fact that I have several. It does the same with the books saying you currently have no holds, when it’s not true.

It absolutely never shows the hold position ever.

And I have to login every day, as it keeps logging me out. What’s the point of having an app, if it requires logging in every day? Yes, I have deleted the app and reinstalled many times, but it still gives the same results.

I have been using this app since it first came out but last couple of times it has said I have nothing borrowed which I know is not right. It seems to scan membership card but doesn’t recognise password I have had for ages??

Renewing is tedious

This app is really slow, especially when renewing loans. Cannot select multiple items to renew, so tedious. Logging in via website is much easier but it really shouldn't be. Also had issues trying to reserve items.
