Finishing a project is now a real step: you close it from the project, set the warranty at handover, and it is sealed afterwards rather than staying open to edits. A finished project then asks both sides to rate each other, and that request no longer disappears when ignored. Changing your plan behaves like a purchase too — seats, storage and modules collect into a basket priced before you commit, and nothing is charged until you do. A screen that goes blank on the mobile apps now shows a real message with a way back, instead of the black rectangle that left you switching screens to recover. Money reads honestly too: a cost-plus client is told the supervision rate has not been set yet rather than shown a total that quietly leaves it out, and the field dashboard no longer labels outstanding invoices as overdue. When your plan is what is blocking you, both apps now say so and point you to an owner instead of telling you to try again, and signing up no longer demands a phone number. On the web, task detail gained followers, dependencies and a review step, permission changes take effect immediately, and public case studies can now share documents, expenses and a bill-by-bill breakdown.
