Give the game a chance
This game is fun not too many ads, I think 1 every 20-30 min of play time. You can grind and get everything you need and more for coins you grind rather than pay and there is not too many games like that anymore that don’t try to force you to pay. Hope update could happen in the future it was awesome gameplay. Thanks to the creators!

Charming, but hacked.
Second place on the leader board is 24,000ish points; first place is *one trillion* points. My fault for playing a game that had its last update a year ago. But there’s not much to do, it seems, besides the leaderboard and gathering tickets to buy animated backgrounds for your appearance on the leaderboard. The leaderboard has been hacked, so… the devs must have grown bored of this game, as well.

Oh wow sorry to see this so late! I believe it was fixed at some point last year. If not I’ll go fix it now. The main story mode is the core focus while endless was added post launch. But it’s an easy fix and thanks for bringing it to our attention!
Massive squandered potential
It is evident this game is a massive slog of RNG and grinding. A horrific combination. Too bad too, as it has a lot of potential. Horribly executed unfortunately.
Great game but items…
This is a great game but the armors need a little more pizazz to them. You have the “legendary items” but they don’t have any perks to them. They are honestly just another armor until a higher one pops up next level. You’ve given the weapons perks such as “bleed” and “poison” so why not give the armors resistance. Or at least like a buff in some fashion. Give us a reason to want to keep the legendary items.

I love the feedback thank you for taking your time to express it! We did have resistances on the armors but it just got overly complex. Our original intention for the game was to try and keep it simple enough for all types of gamers. Trust me we totally understand your want for Legendaries to be Legendary, we played with a lot of different things and just making legendaries and mythics stronger overall was the simplest move we could make. But we really appreciate the kind words and feedback!
Crashes
Game is fun, when I can sometimes play it, but mostly it almost always crashes or freezes I’m on iPhone 7+

I love this game, the artwork is cool and the gameplay is fun so far. I love the leveling, equipment upgrading and potions to help along the way, I am loving it. I had an issue and sent a google forms bug report and was totally surprised to see a reply a few hours later to my email from David who was super helpful, friendly and fixed my issue immediately. It would have been faster had I replied sooner. He definitely loves his game and it shows, with a team of 2 they have done an amazing job. I am looking forward to what Waffle Games makes in the future and will be happy to support such great Devs. Well done guys keep up the great work!

I got tired of this game crashing on my iPhone 7 so after a gazillion years of having an outdated phone I liked this game so much I splurged on the iPhone 12 Pro Max 😂

David is one of if not the only developer to get back to emails (multiple) on the same day. Helped troubleshoot tons of options for me for crashes and other game issues I was having. Really nice guy. Game is also awesome. Graphics are great, the whole concept of the game is fun -lots of aspects (leveling up gear/ weapons, dungeons, potions etc.) easily one of the top 3-5 games I’ve had the pleasure of playing on an iPhone (also love Void Tyrant and Oregon Trail 😂)

Good game, some suggestions
I am overall enjoying the game. The randomization for some reason really likes to put healing cards at the top of the shuffle. It has not been uncommon to pull 3 heal cards right away, which is not good since you can’t overheal.
Perhaps add some sort of algorithm that blocks heal cards from being in the first 2-3 cards flipped.
Also, speed. Would love for the game to move slightly faster. If I am fighting a monster, I can quickly see it I’d going to take me 2-3 hits to kill it. The animation per hit just slogs it down.
And lastly, if I die, why must I sit there and watch all I lost slowly, slowly drain away and get forced back to town. How about giving me the chance to retry without having to go back to town. Also, yes I lost, at my 3rd run through the dungeon, no need for me to have to sit and watch a whole levels worth of do slightly drain.

Unable to open beastiary after update
Great game! Finished the ancient labrynth and looking forward to more zones! Have not been able to open the bestiary since the update adding golden enemies.

no I’m not a bot or the creator but DANG is this a good game, it has some really nice art in it and seems like a project that someone poured there heart out into the only thing that’s missing is a story line or a trading system for limited edition weapons. I think that this game is really good if your bored, oh and when your in a dungeon and your trying to equip a new weapon could you make it so that it sells your old one and refunds like maybe 1/2 of the currency? But yeah thanks for the amazing game and am definitely spending money on this. Byeeeee

A fun game to pass a couple minutes
In my opinion this isn't the kind of game you sit down and play for 1-2 hours. It's more like a when you have 10-15 spare minutes you do a couple runs and maybe get a piece or two of new gear. I really enjoyed the campaign or whatever you to call it and I beat it to it's current point. The idea that you need iaps is a little absurd. You get plenty enough gems from just leveling up and doing whatever. Gems really don't give THAT much ( I sat that a little tentatively bc of the trinkets).The only thing I bought was no adds because it's 5 times more enjoyable without them and I feel I got my moneys worth. I would definitely recommend this as like a lunch break or bathroom break sorta game. The only thing that I would like to see added is maybe like an actual story. I think a mimic world backstory and stuff would be pretty sick but I understand if it won't be added.
TLDR: Sick game that dosent require a lot of time and can be played in short intervals. Really fun.

Fun game but eh..could be better EDITED
Don’t get me wrong, this game is pretty fun and addicting but I feel the system is way off on things. Coins take forever to acquire and leveling up coin % and exp % rates are terrible. At higher coin % it takes well over 200k coins when you barely get 1k to 2k per run if you’re lucky. This game definitely needs a massive overhaul as it has the potential to be great. Until that happens, it can only pass as sub-par.
Edit: This was originally supposed to be a 3 star review. Don’t know why it only shows up as a 1 star. Hopefully this edit changes it back to a 3.

Nice but flaky
Nice simple game but unfortunately with a few bugs.
First thing I noticed was it takes 1 minute 20 seconds to load. I started timing it after the first couple of annoying times waiting for it. My iPad is 6th generation, not that old, so I don’t expected a game to take that long.
It also crashes frequently... the screen freezes and after a couple of seconds the program terminates. This always happens when I am in a dungeon, never in the town (so far)

Fix this please.
There is really something wrong with the portal, it won’t let me into a zone, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but even if I do reinstall I still can’t go into a zone. I can’t even play this game. I think it’s caused by clicking the portal multiple times before it loads, or a buggy ad, but please fix this as fast as possible because this really does look like a fun game. I’ve already written a review, and the devs told me to go to a websites, I don’t really know how that works so just try to fix it with out me having to do all that confusing stuff, because I’m really not that smart when it comes to tech. Good game, but please fix this.

Game breaking bug?
The game for me at least has an odd bug where I can’t get into the first stage, whenever the tutorial tells me to click the portal again it does nothing then the words “replay” appears on the portal. I’ve tried a few things like backing out and in again even reinstalling the app a few times but it always glitches at the same place. I don’t know if it’s something on my end or an uncommon bug?
After a bit I reopened the app was explained shops and other things then I let me into the level.
