莫名扣费不处理退款
我没有使用任何权益 也不需要这个会员 面容开通一下扣款了 我这边联系苹果客服处理两次都处理失败了退款没有成功 导致我现在商家客服也联系不到 退款解决不了 我需要退款 请退款

It crashes each time I launch it, so I can’t even open the UI.

Crashes on open
Maybe it’s because I have an older iPad, but I can’t tap the icon to open the app, seems to open for half a second and then closes. I figured out a workaround so I was keeping it for a while to see if it was a temporary bug, doesn’t seem to be.
