Cannot give tickets to waitress
This game was going well at the start, but one object handoff simply won’t work, and I can’t progress. I don’t like paying for five minutes of play. Dead in the water.
Impossible to play
Just bought the full game and on the first screen, after the cinematic, nothing works. I can’t click on nothing, not even the menu….
Meh game
Game was meh, hidden object puzzles were fun but the side games could get tricky. Object drag and drop was hard too since sometimes it wouldn’t work when you put the object on top of another, had to place it to the side for it to work. Really liked the skyward and the other phantom of the opera games that big fish removed. Would rather have those updated and released again.

No plot or consistency.
Frustrated
Not very touch screen friendly. Got to the candles at the gate and the candle on the left next to the middle candle cannot be lit and had to skip this game play. Note book is great but do prefer the map in the main screen. Some parts are a bit dark but overall nice graphics. Thanks but not worth buying for me.

I enjoyed this
A well designed game; I loved the graphics and fantasy storyline. Good puzzles and a mixture of styles of hidden object scenes too. I found the hidden puzzle pieces really difficult to find and unfortunately there wasn’t the option to try again at the end. I also found the placement of some objects had to be exact sometimes, which meant using the hint a few times. Excellent customisable settings, and an all round enjoyable game.

Gut mit Einschränkungen
Gute Story mit ausreichender Länge. Schauplätze mit schöner Grafik. Minigames waren mir nicht immer klar, WBS mit eingebauten Rätseln, das fand ich gut. Tipp recht langsam. Chamäleonobjekte zu suchen habe ich bald aufgegeben. Nicht schlecht, aber es gibt Besseres.
Unfinished games
Yet another game that can't be finished bc of glitches. We spend too much money on these games to not be able to finish them. I would rather wait on the games to come out then waste my money so they can come out quicker. This happens entirely too often. I've played a lot of these games, and every game has a glitch in it. Unfortunately, too many of them can't be completed bc of these "glitches". Then trying to get your money back is almost impossible. Take ur time developing them. Have someone play them before you put them out to the public. Fix the glitches before you make people pay for them.
The map to the woods in the bonus game doesn't work. Not to mention, many other glitches that made playing this game annoying like so many others. I used the hint because that fixes the problem in a lot of games, but didn't work in this one. I got out of the game. Still no good. Nobody wants to delete the app and replay the game. Especially, when your at the end.

Poor
At least I purchased when it was on offer as I refuse to pay £6.99 for BF games. It is very annoying trying to get some puzzles to work. The map at the statue I gave up on with regard to putting the branches in place. Unresponsive when tapping to move a branch, most of the time the branches wouldn't respond to the arrow for turning. I don't like to have to skip puzzles but after a while it becomes frustrating and then the game is ruined if this has to happen too many times
I would say there are quite a few bugs that need sorting out but I doubt if they will be. The normal price charged is definitely not worth it.

I don't normally comment on the price of games but big fish seem to be raising their prices on a regular basis. £6.99 for most games without discount is a huge 40% rise! New games @ £3.99 (30% rise). SERIOUSLY!!
I've only played the demo of this game but it seems quite good although it's a bit unresponsive in places. I haven't decided whether to buy yet because of the above. At least you can try before you buy and I will be much more "picky" before purchasing in future.
Well, I waited and did buy in sale for £2.99 and it was very enjoyable. Lovely graphics, liked the, easy to follow, storyline, nice mix of easy/tricky puzzles, not too many HOS and no bugs on iPad Air. Although there's a good map it is quite slow to respond when accessing it and not much in the way of extras but otherwise a good game. 💕

Don't buy this!
I guess I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. Hopefully, you are reading them carefully. Worst thing was that the game would not move past the part where it unlocked despite deleting and adding it several times. Therefore, it was just robbery and a waste of money. The hint button is much slower than other games but it had some cool mini games and good things going for it until it quit.

Game Has Frozen
The game was fun, except for a few glitches with some of the mini games. I was determined to see it through, though, until the game froze. I'm at the point where I'm outside the church. The leaves still blow by and the sound continues, but nothing happens. I contacted Big Fish support, and we tried everything (closing open apps, playing in airplane mode, restarting the iPad, etc.). Heck, I even deleted the game and started from the beginning. Frozen again in the exact same location. The BFG support rep said I could either weigh & see if the developer released a fix, or ask Apple for a refund, with Big Fish's blessings. I'm leaving this review in hopes that the developer might see it and investigate the problem. I've seen two other people with similar issues post in the forum. Pretty please fix the game!

Eigentlich ein schönes Spiel, sehr abwechslungsreiche Rätsel und Wimmelbilder. Leider konnte ich das Spiel im Bonusteil nicht zu Ende spielen. Die Karte am Waldrand wurde nicht erkannt. (iPad Air) Sehr schade!

Story spannend und mit guter Grafik. Viele Inventargegenstände sind einzusammeln, zahlreiche Schauplätze. Sehr viele Minigames, die sich aber streckenweise nur zäh bedienen lassen. WBS sind okay. Die Sammelobjekte sind eine Herausforderung, ist aber zu schaffen, wenn man genau hinschaut.
Alles in allem war es für mich ein guter und gelungener Zeitvertreib .
