Poor customer support

Decided to buy some gems. Did not receive the gems after purchase. After three days of waiting to receive them from opening a ticket. They came back and said I was not eligible. I showed proof of purchase and then screen shot of purchase history with not receiving the gems. Don’t drop any money into this game. I suggest putting time and money into another game.

purchase issue

i buy 2 blessing level and 2 rubys 1200+200 and i just get 1 for each and charge me twice 😓😓

Age verification issue

When I create an account and then try to play it asks me to verify my age. I enter my age and then try to get the keyboard out of the way and it tells me to enter 8 digits.. There is no enter button on an iPhone keyboard and I can't click done because the keyboard is in the way. I'm on an iPhone 14. Thats a vital flaw for me and game stopping

Scam

Useless developers. Never fix anything, only update the p2w shop. Of they ever change something is only when the whale guild ask for it and they do it because of money.
Change the timer to help asians whales. Global game with korean time lolol

Like the game

I like the game but run into a bug in the game where I try to enter the shop and it disconnects automatically, please fix this other then that so far I like the game. I am on level 39 and when I make it to 45 I will switch to my android phone to redeem what I have earned but I don’t see it easy to make any real profit in this game. Also the bug appears in the android version aswell. Please fix this and I know it’s not my wifi connection because I also use my data plans.

Not bad.

Editing my review. Holds true to the original DarkEden game. The Bible War is identical to how it used to be, but there needs to be a speed nerf when carrying a page. It’s a lot of back and forth because you don't die easily in the holy land. Also, the cash shop is too expensive with too low chance at getting the good stuff. There’s way too many invincible whales out there. Other than that, it’s nice to have an official, English DarkEden again even if it’s on mobile.

So far so good

I am currently level 39 and it has been fun thus far. Not much pay to win options, which is great and fun 2D graphics and art. Will keep playing it.

Full screen support

Insane that you guys don’t support full screens on phone. You would have to have a iPhone 5 to enjoy this game. Uninstalled ASAP
