Paid NO GAME
I paid for the game then it closed down. Uninstalled then reinstalled, had to play from the beginning. Once again it disappeared at the same point. I have the receipt for payment but there is no way I can see to get my money back. Definitely will not buy Big Fish games again I don’t trust this will not happen again. £6.99 down the drain 😡🤬

Super beautiful, fun and unique
This game is super fun to play and unique compared to many of the others that I have played. I love how the clues areSpread so far apart between the worlds that makes it more challenging. But I got to a point in the game where I cannot go any farther due to a glitch. Every time I go into a room the game shuts down. That is so unfortunate. I’ve tried everything and cannot move forward. I would love a refund until this glitch gets fixed. Thank you for making something so amazing and I’d love to try again once it works ❤️

Game keeps crashing
I really liked playing this game so I paid for the full version but I won’t be able to finish it because the game keeps crashing. It’s so bloody annoying, either fix the game Big Fish or refund me the money that I paid for it. 😡😡

UPDATE ONE !!!… Second time trying after I paid and got kicked out. I deleted the app and reinstalled and am trying again. We will see how far I get. Hopefully it recognizes me when it get to the point where I have to pay to continue. We will see…

Just bought the game really getting into it and crashes disappears. Please fix I was really enjoying the game right now I give it a three. this is the first game I have played to where I am in more than one room or area help. I did not download this game on my phone just on my iPad and when will I know if it’s fixed?

I bought this game, I’ve tried using numerous profiles I created and I keep getting kicked out, in different places. Is there a way to fix this without having to buy it again

I’ve been playing big Fish games for years without a problem. This one was a real letdown game started off very well. I enjoyed it so I paid for the unlock once unlocked. The game. Kept crashing. Tried to reload it to no avail so asked for a refund! I would’ve given it five stars, if it had worked very disappointed

I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing because apparently the crashing issue has not been fixed. It won’t go any farther than a few levels/objectives. This is even after being removed then reinstalled. Please fix the issue or tell me how to get a refund.

Just after I’d paid for the game it crashed! I rebooted and it still crashed whenever I tried to play. I uninstalled then reinstalled and it expected me to pay again. No customer support . Disgusted with this company and their lack of care.
Fun Game
It’s fun with good graphics. Just disappointed that it keeps crashing when I get to chapter 4. Had to uninstall and lost my progress starting over. Hope it doesn’t crash again when I get back to chapter 4.
The Little Mermaid and The Purple Tide
So far this game is everything, the puzzles are brilliant, the graphics and brilliant, and so far is the story. I am really enjoying this game so far, it is keeping me interested and I get excited to play this game, as I get bored very easily. This is a well recommended game, so far no problems with the graphics. The price is also very good, which I do not mind paying as also good for my mental health and stress.

Love the Dark Parables games, such beautiful graphics and unusual hidden object games. The games are long and well worth the money because I return to this game time and time again.
