Love the macabre feel and it does do Edgar Allan Poe justice. I love playing without hints. Makes it seem as real to life as possible.
However, I keep getting kicked out of the whole game when I click on a door in the cellar of the bonus chapter. I’m now playing from the beginning of the main game again. I did put in a request for tech support. I’ll change my review to five stars when it’s fixed.

La périphérie du jeu est trop restreinte, trop sensible : lorsqu’on touche l’écran à 5 cm du bas on est aussitôt éjecté de la scène de jeu pour retourner à la scène précédente. Trop d’objets cachés (trop de listes d’objets à trouver). Énigmes bof bof. Déçue de d’avoir acheté ce jeu.
Paid for full game and got NOTHING
I paid for the full game a few days ago and haven’t been able to play since. It doesn’t load as if I’ve already purchased, and when I click on the “already purchased” button the app crashes. REFUND PLEASE. Pretty sure you deleted the first review I left without responding lol. Scammers. UPDATE: my refund request was rejected but no one has even attempted to help me access what I paid for.

Stopped working after I purchased the full version
I finished the free bit and then went ahead to buy the full version and afterwards it promptly crashed. I opened the game back up, it was as if I had never purchased, so I clicked on “already purchased” and it crashed again. This is the only result I am able to get from the game now that I paid for it. It’s too bad because it was a good game but now I want a refund.

I am on the last chapter before the bonus chapter and cannot finish the game. It has malfunctioned on one of the HOPs and no matter what I do, it will not let me select the fish bones. Very disappointing since I paid for the game and can go no further. Other people have mentioned glitches - it’s a good game except for that. Please try to fix the glitches.

Usually love these games
I always love playing these games BUT this one has a glitch in Chapter 5… My Favorite kind of game…. The mini game, where you find all the items that are on the list below. I found the fish skeleton FIRST but it did not strike the word with a line as found. I kept hitting the “hint” to see if I was wrong but I wasn’t. I restarted the game, nothing… I don’t want to uninstall because I’ll loose my progress…. It’s a bummer because I was really into this one. Darn shame! I put in for a refund, hope I get it…

I love these games now as much as I do when I originally bought them.
Unfortunately ever time I try to restore my purchase the game crashes, so then I try to buy it again. I get a message saying that I’ve already bought & would I like to restore. Obviously I click yes & the game crashes.

What’s happened to your games?
I used to love these games but about half of them now I open them to find big white blotches across the screen. The sound is fine but it’s like the screen is whitewashed. You can’t play it. Is this something you are working on??

A revised review
I gave a poor review to this game when I was about halfway through but as I progressed through the game many of the glitches were corrected. Overall I recommend this game. It is interesting and the artwork is amazing. The puzzles and HOP are challenging.
A good series
I like this one, it’s well written and rattles along nicely.
The only issue I have is that the controls can be a bit finicky. Any touch on the screen anywhere near the bottom takes you back to the previous screen. Sometimes when in a zoomed in view it’s taken me out of that view and back in one step. If ever a game would benefit from a separate back button, or at least making the back routine less sensitive, it’s this one.
Also quite often in the hud games you need to be very precise with the placing of one item over another when 2 need to be matched to make a whole. I’ve been trying over and over with some before hitting on the right place. I eventually worked out that it’s the white gloved hand that matters, not the object itself just to save you some time.
Overall these are minor faults that are easily overlooked in the context of an otherwise excellent game.

Algo inestable en ipad air 3
Le pongo 4 estrellas porque se cerró la aplicación varias veces, pero al volver a entrar podía continuar. Terminé el juego finalmente sin problemas. El juego está bien, en la línea de Big fish, pero lo he comprado por la oferta de 3€ de fin de año, no hubiese pagado 7€ por él.

What a disappointment
Was excited to play this since I love the Poe games but I've only just started and I've already had multiple issues with force-closing, lost progress, and the game has the tiniest inventory objects I've ever seen. Will not purchase full version.

What a waste!!
I purchase the version, I pay for it! But in one puzzle, the one in the fisherman place, the puzzle is broken! It said I have to find the Fish Squeleton but I already found it!
It looks like a bug but I can’t continue the game! I have tried everything, take hints, close the app and open again, even turn off my phone, but nothing has been working!
I want it solved! Or, at last, give me a refund! Or another game!

3年前の口コミ通り、アイテム探しで、タップしても反応しなくてイライラします。先に進めない。早く改善して下さい。改善しないくらいなら販売中止するべきです。
