Excellent Game

So much fun figuring out the game. Really uses your deductive skills. But then again it’s made by a talented team.

Challenging and fun!

I bought a few of these games years ago, some of which don’t work anymore because of their age and the newness of my device, but one did so because I never played it when I bought it I decided to. It was The Mystery of Marie Roget and it was really fun. I decided to buy the other few in the App Store and I’m so glad I did. Though these games are nearly ten years old and haven’t been updated in ages they work well and are really fun! Lenore by far is the most challenging yet. I play with no help or hints which makes a likely two hour game last more like twelve hours. Well worth $9.99 in my opinion. I love the morphing objects, collection and achievements as well. Wish they were still making these and that the old ones could get an update.

Lenore game freezes on more than 2 trials poor rated

Keeps on failing trails

Helped me during my darkest hour..

I’m an RN who is desperately trying to escape from disability. I’m broke even though I spent four years to do so. I’d love any help I could due so, I adore children and also my concentration is in geriatrics. I am looking for anyone who needs a sitter I would love to work as one.

This game has a well developed plot with good graphics and great games. The scenery is in keeping with Poe’s style of writing.

Needs to be taken down for promoting suicide

I gave this game 5 stars originally. This was before I got to the part where the creators promote suicide as manly. Suicide is not manly. It is COWARDLY. In the past I never would have commented on this but I have since learned that, for depressed people or others who are in a very dark place, a seemingly small remark becomes a sign meant directly for them. I hope you will seriously consider removing that one small line from your story. It certainly will not change the rest of your otherwise great game.

Dark Takes - Lenora

Waste of money. Game wouldn’t accept taps, had to skip mini games and then it kept telling me there was a mirror in one of the rooms when there wasn’t. Waste of £6.99

Disappointed.

The transitions between scenes are cumbersome and slow. I’m running the latest version of iOS on an iPad Pro. The storyline is ok, but there are too many puzzles that are juvenile (tracing lines, hidden objects). As I would expect from a Poe inference, the scenes are darkly lit, but I’d like the the contrast of colors to look more professional.

The worst part was it kept me curious to see if it improved, so I bought the full version, it’s just not worth it.

Game is just not what I like. Tired of some of the game .... impossible and don’t do well.

Big fish

I love it

Winner!

This reminds me of the Shadow Wolf series. Totally different subject but the music, sounds and the way the game plays is very similar. I really enjoyed this game. The bonus game is really well done. I was sorry when I’d finished this game.

Edgar Allen Poe Lenor

My games on your website said I purchased this game. So why do I have to pay again to play it?

Who decided endorsing suicide was a bright idea??

Big Fish Games, what kind of message is this??

“He caused problems and shot himself! That’s very manly!”???

It’s in the bonus chapter of “Dark Tales: Edgar Allen Poe’s Lenore.” The game is rated 9+....

Excellent game

Some of the toughest puzzles I’ve encountered in my 200+ games, well done, love a game that challenges!

Mo435

I love this game! The storyline is very interesting and doesn’t stray at the end to add length! The puzzles are clever, but not overly difficult! I rate this as one of my top ten!

Clunky

I love Big Fish adventure games but found the game play in this to be clunky. Not the usual high standard of previous games

Why has this game started crashing. Fix it or refund my money.

Surprisingly Awesome!

First really great game in a loooong time from Big Fish. I've easily played over a 100 of their Hidden Object games in the past 5+ years and this was one of the best ones in terms of length of game, not super repetitive and the hidden object games were all the same. Seemed like the creators took their time planning out and designing this game. Definitely suggest buying this game if it's on sale, although it was good enough that I prob wouldn't have minded paying $4-$5 for it. Nice job

Glitchy

Others have mentioned how the back button is too sensitive. It was annoying but I was dealing with it. But now as soon as I place the demon part, the game kicks me out. Currently saddened I paid $7 for this. Oh well.

Usually love all these games, this was really jerky, abrupt ending too, disappointed
