您好！录像时一定要等“白色提示文字”彻底消失后，点击一下是开始，再点一下是停止，双击是返回，一定要按这个流程就可以录制了，很多用户还没等白色文字消失就着急点击录制，所以才会导致您说的无法录制的情况！感谢您的反馈，祝您生活愉快！

拍摄一段后双击回软件界面，再重新拍摄就是无效的，必须重启app使用吗

您好！软件没有拍摄时长限制的，原则上拍摄时长及占用APP空间大小取决于手机存储空间的大小，当然由于APP是纯本地化加密存储在APP内的，所以建议您拍摄完较大且较多的视频后及时导出，这是一般用户的常见选择，这样再次运行APP时会更流畅，当然也有的拍的较少喜欢存储在APP内也是没问题的！感谢您的反馈，祝您生活愉快！
