Lack of useful workflow
Nearly impossible to start from a specific holiday album to proceed in darkroom. It does only show recents and you have to scroll… I have thousands... also no displaying of favorites as a thumbnail icon.
If I click on Recents to change to an album (I guess this is what it seems to do) then the app freezes or takes forever to proceed.
No option to share a specific photo (e.g. from Photos app) to Darkr app either.
How interesting it might be, the idea of recreating the best annual images in a B&W app comes with a very inefficient workflow.
Also, no EXIF options at the end. No date and time information can be reused from the original.

A very good app for B&W but raw mode will be very useful for hi-res . Does the app will be updated ?
Waste
The app is useful for sure. But the user experience is the worst ive ever seen. Getting results is nearly impossible. You quit before you export since the process ist too complicated. No recommendation. We have 2025. no need to revive the complicated processes 40ys ago. You can get better tools for pros with high quantity. This app is an overkill wrapped in a time killer. Which is definitely not pro. As a pro you can’t waste time. Waste of money.

Geniale App
Der Geruch fehlt, das Rotlicht und das Summen der Zeitschaltuhr. Es macht wirklich Spass mit dieser App alles so zu machen, wie ich es im meiner analogen Dunkelkammer auch gemacht hätte. Und das alles mit den Vorzügen des Digitalen.
