Useless
I can’t see the ml to adjust volume. White font against white background. Waste of money
Would be quite helpful, but…
The app is currently, as I write this, incompatible with Dark Mode. Attempts to change the quantity of finished chemicals result in white text on identical white background. I want to love this app, but dark mode needs to be fixed.
Handy for quickly adjusting formulas
I’ve been using it for several years…being able to make quick adjustments can be very useful.
Doesn’t actually work…
All the selectable amounts are blank, you can’t see what your dilution amounts are.. also missing my fixer. Stop bath and photo flow so useless anyway.. don’t waste your time and money!
Graphical rendering issues leave app inoperable
After just having downloaded this app (attempting in both iPhone and iPad), this app appears broken at present. The opening menu does not render beyond halfway down the length of the screen. Other screens are similarly broken. Of note, I tried the total volume selector inside the ‘new chemical wizard’, and got no keyboard or number prompt. Nor could I access any sort of dialog box. Please have a look at the code base.

A good number of developers and other film/paper chemistry
Pretty straight fowled. Seems pretty good as far as a database of recipes. Will have have to go through them a bit to see if anything is unique. But definitely a good quick reference and like the fact that it's available on my pad/phone whenever curious/needed. I like digital, but I love with film and paper analog processes... Devotion what can you say.

Short on formulas and other basics..
I have been mixing darkroom chemistry for 20+ years and was disappointed by the lack of basic formulas, like plan old hypo fixer, 2L of H2O at 125f and 480g of Hypo.. Or one of the dozens of variations of Ansco 130. Also it needs some basic conversion tables, they do come in handy, and some basic safe handling instructions for the chemistry.
I do like that I can add my formulations with notes for future reference. Right now the app is not worth the $6.
