About

BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO DarkWalls cuts its Duo-native wallpapers for all three screens — the Duo cover screen, the Duo inner screen, and standard iPhone. Each rendition is framed on its own, so the subject stays where it belongs instead of being stretched across the fold or cropped off the edge. Twenty-eight are Duo-native at launch and the set keeps growing. Open the phone and the grid reflows to the wider canvas. Close it and the layout reads cleanly in the narrower cover column, clear of the status bar. Before you save, preview how a wallpaper sits on the cover screen or the inner screen and pick the crop you want. A Duo-native filter lets you browse only the wallpapers made for your device. Leave it off and you get the whole library, with Duo-native artwork still served at its own crop. WHY OLED MATTERS OLED pixels switch off completely for true black. A wallpaper built around #000000 draws less power, deepens contrast across everything else on screen, and stops the glow that makes a phone hard to look at late at night. Wallpapers are chosen for their black values, and new artwork is measured before it ships — mean luminance, near-black coverage, and clean frame edges. WHAT YOU GET A hand-picked library across curated moods — Yoru (quiet Japanese nights), Hearth (cozy interiors by warm light), Moonlit (forests and peaks under the night sky), Samurai, Torii, Koi, Abstract, Cosmic, Rain & Mist, Silhouettes and more. Search by title or tag. Save what you like to a DarkWalls album in Photos. WHO IT'S FOR People who prefer less visual noise. If your phone lives in dark mode, if you like interfaces that whisper rather than shout, this is tuned for you. FEATURES — Duo cover and inner screen renditions, framed individually — Duo-native filter, so you can browse only what was made for your device — Layouts that adapt across the fold, including the cover screen's reserved status-bar band — New artwork measured for true-black values, not just chosen by eye — Text and tag search with recent history — One-tap save to Photos, organized into a DarkWalls album — Favorites kept on-device, never synced or shared — Home Screen Quick Actions for Favorites, Search and Random Tonight — No account, no login, no tracking profile DarkWalls is free, supported by a short ad before each save. A one-time Remove Ads purchase turns them off permanently on your device. No subscription. Built for iPhone and iPhone Duo with native touches throughout — translucent blur, SF Symbols, haptics, quick actions, and full respect for your photo library. 夜 — "yoru", the Japanese word for night. DarkWalls is made for the quiet hours.
