Not compatible No Refund Option
I bought a Rexing DT2 and it says Rexing is supported. Well of course not my model. Emailed 4 days ago for a refund no response yet. Paid $29.99

This app is the most useless one I have downloaded it’s doesn’t do what it says it’s going to do the support services got in touch once and never head from them again after many try’s in the end I just rid of it

Do not be fooled into subscribing to this App if you do you’ll find that it won’t recognise your dash cam, but by then you’re locked into a one year subscription. Developer’s response is just automated drivel. Apple should be ashamed to allow this developer on to their Appstore!
Not the BlackVue App
I accidentally got this for my BlackVue camera. It forces you to select a pay plan. Then I got in and it couldn’t connect to my cam. I’ve emailed for my money back and have heard nothing. Lesson learned.

Support does not respond
I too am unable to connect the app to the camera. I have sent two messages to the support team and they have not responded. It has been three weeks now. I hope the developer can fix this problem. In the meantime, it would be nice if they would give a refund for subscriptions.

Skeptical if the ratings are authentic
The reviews all make certain problems clear, no trial period, and an on the spot buy for something that says it works for your dashcam brand. In my case, I have a Rexing dashcam. Which, here says is supported firstly. So you download the app, do the lifetime purchase, oh, now upon realizing the app just for some reason is not connecting to your camera you look again at the store, and where it initially just gives you the impression of “if you have this brand, this app is supported” to the print that is further down where likely your specific model of (in my case) Rexing SC4KS is not listed.
I’m willing to bet, a refund is going to be like pulling teeth.
I’ll happily give a 3 star review if a refund is given, and change it to a 5 star review if they both refund is given and they update their description of the app to more immediately outline what specific models, of what specific brands the app supports so people don’t immediately buy something they think is going to work but won’t.

NO TRIAL PERIOD!? but I needed to try it with my camera. How am I supposed to know if my camera is supported!? Paid the $7.99, and then tried to cancel after less than 15 minutes of trying & finding out the hard way that the app will not recognize my camera’s wi-fi network!

I have had several problems with this dashcam. It hasn’t recorded events and/or I have been unable to find them. Unreliable. I have had to delete the app and re-install it.
