OT is a lie
Was bidding on a jersey, was top bidder, and was refreshing for the final 2 minutes. In that time, I was never notified that I was outbid. When the auction closed, I lost by $5 and was not sent to OT to continue bidding. Genuinely heartbroken over missing out on the item. Never using this app again.

Overtime bidding is poorly explained
The overtime auction system is confusing and not intuitive for first-time users. During overtime the app displayed that I had the highest bid, but it was not clear that the process functions differently from a traditional live auction. The UI should do a much better job explaining how bids are determined and what actions users need to take during overtime. The rules may exist somewhere, but the experience itself is misleading.

Online auctions takes the fun out of bidding. The jerseys don’t go for as much. Part of the fun of bidding is the completion and being able to see your competitors.

Not impressed I had the bid at closing then I get a email stating I’ve been outbid.You send me the email with the link, but I could not open it.Considering many times before there was no issues with bidding😡

Great app/overtime bugged
I really love the app. It gives me access to my favorite gear for my favorite team. I do, however, have a problem with overtime. On numerous occasions, except for once, I was outbid at the very final moment of the auction and was never given a chance to bid against the person, which I would have, because this money is going to a good cause. It is my opinion that the overtime function should be more reliable against people, looking to snipe at the very last moment during an auction for charity.

What an awesome experience to bid and win items from teams all over the country! Really love having the opportunity to swipe through all these different teams on a lazy Sunday afternoon and WIN from home. I also love that many of these events support non profit organizations. Highly recommend!
Poor format
Very poor format, you cant search for anything.

I’ve used the app several times to bid on sports memorabilia and it’s been very easy and enjoyable…. Until I was the winning bid on a jersey and it never got sent to me. After several calls and emails, it’s become apparent that DASH app does not seem to care about their customers. So now I’m out the money I spent on the jersey with no way of contacting anyone for help.

No support and cannot login.
I am unable to login using this app. Though the website works fine. Once you put in your credentials, the login animation never stops. It just spins until you force close the app.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times with no change.
I tried contacting their support multiple times but have received no response.
The app is unusable.

No search function, very limited functionality... I can't believe MLS teams have aligned with this app for promotions.

First off, the creators of this app might want to make it a bit more user-friendly as opposed to putting their focus solely on the auction/content providers. No matter where you go (web, app menus) there is ZERO description or support for how it operates. With no guidance you would assume it functions like most digital auction systems. That would be WRONG. Do not bid on an item using this system.
I suspect that it will not be around for very long based on it's limited market and niche items and would not recommend even bothering to download it. I would give zero stars if Apple allowed.

Can't register
I fill out the registration page, hit done and nothing happens. Hard to raise money, if people can't bid.
