Got my first email notification on a single transaction. 15 days late. Nonetheless I’m happy. If every transaction would have an email notification, instantly, it would be great and help with fraudulent activity. Thx 🙏🏼

After the current update, I was locked out of my account. I contacted the help desk, they asked for my passport and id which o did provide, been almost 5 days, what kind of financial institution do we have lol to reset a password 5 days! Let’s wait and see.

The system won’t let us login, you guys should have an option to reset password for the diaspora, keep getting an error and the only option is see your nearest branch.

Cannot verify the security certificate on your server error
When I open the application on my iPhone it says “Cannot verify the security certificate on your server error ”. I couldn’t figure the problem out.
