Terrible
I’ve used this service twice and had a bad experience both times. First, delivered to a wrong address. Second, they were running 30 minutes past the ETA, so I called their helpline and was lied to by the representative who told me it was on its way when upon calling again after waiting another 10 minutes, was told it still hadn’t left.

Worst app interface
Hands down the most bass ackward app in the history of apps. Hideous to navigate. Spring for some new developers. Great drivers and service tho.
Patient staff, great delivery
Arriving in Santa Fe here at the start of Coronavirus shutdowns, we were tired and hungry. The Inn in which we were staying had a Dashing Delivery brochure. Since I am not the best techie, called their number. Spoke to Michael who was very patient in explaining how Dashinhg Deliveries works. Called back when we were ready to order, requested driver notify me when he was nearing our destination , and asked if he could give me a window for delivery. He stepped up to plate and replied to all of my query. Bottom line, driver called in to let me know he was seven minutes up and order was perfect. Really liked the human touch and did not insist I register or order on line. Great customer service.
