Poor customer service / cancellation policy
Be careful of the auto charge feature! You won’t get a warning or know it will auto charge and next you know you have an $82 charge and customer service won’t help. Save your money
Too many tech issues
The recipes are fantastic, but the app itself needs a lot of work. The app constantly glitches and crashes. It sometimes takes me 4-5 attempts to get to a recipe I saved because the app loads (slowly), crashes, makes you restart, and then repeat.
App is not well made
The app is not well made. The recipes aren’t that great. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
EXPORT TO NOWHERE
A main reason why I chose the subscription level that I did was so I could export my shopping list. This feature has never worked and I’ve been using the app for a couple of months. I have sent multiple requests for support and never got an answer.
