No full screen map?
Even with the premium version (by watching ads) I cannot get the full screen map to work. Hard pressed just locks the panel, left or right swipe the middle panel doesn’t

My Tesla Model 3 Highland was originally manufactured for the Chinese mainland market and is now permanently located outside China. Because of its original regional configuration, several connected features I would normally expect are unavailable or not functional for my location, including local maps/navigation, correct GPS-related functionality, clock and radio.
I discovered Dashla on X and became curious, so I decided to purchase a one-month Premium subscription as a trial.
I’m only on day 3, and I absolutely LOVE it! ❤️⚡
The vehicle information displayed by Dashla matches the information from my Tesla accurately, and in my experience the updates feel immediate, with no noticeable delay. Even better, I finally have a useful map for where I actually drive.
I love Dashla so much that I’m now buying a larger phone specifically to use as my Tesla dashboard, together with a MagSafe mount positioned behind the steering wheel. This will give me the instrument-cluster/dashboard experience I have been missing.
For someone in my unusual situation, Dashla has turned out to be much more than a cool accessory. It has genuinely improved my everyday Tesla experience.

My phone stared making error
I installed and connected to my Tesla, and then my iphone started making weird errors and frozen. Never happened on iphone before.
So I removed Tesla from the app and uninstalled the app. Then my phone came back to normal.
I’m using other similar app and there is no weird error.

When it comes to innovation technology I can always trust on my friend Jose. He had told me about this Dashboard App so we can put on our Teslas. Of course, at first I was skeptical. I didn’t see the point of having it in all fairness. Boy was I wrong, this app is honestly so smooth. It feels like a real dashboard. Of course the landscape mode is a must! As well the light and dark mode! Also I’m sure this company is already in the talks in making their own dashboard device. That would be so awesome to be able to mount it behind the steering wheel. Especially with the amazing software they continue to develop and improve!!!

Can’t free use even saw ad. Steal our time but no any reward
Completely in love!
Every now and then I come across a an app or service that fixes a specific thing in my life that I just get overwhelmingly happy about and want to share with everyone. THIS is that app this year for me.
IT JUST MAKES SENSE. Very minimal lag from actual speed to app speed but the variance is tiny.
Maps has a tiny bit stutter (I’m over analyzing to be honest) but it works flawlessly. Full screen mode is the way to go.
Acceleration and deceleration are flawless.
And the UI? BEAUTIFUL. It ALL just WORKS and MAKES SENSE.
If there is a beta group, I’d LOVE to join it. I’m in Los Angeles.
I’d also like to suggest having full screen mode for all screen, not just maps, as well as a light mode and dark mode for the entire UI so that it matches closely to the Tesla UI in the car.
Settings being forced to portrait is a little annoying so a landscape settings page would be great.
I also noticed the battery on the phone gets rounded up or down, having the accurate battery would be better I think but I can see if this was a battery saving decision.
The phone does lose charge a bit quick on performance mode but I love that I have the option to switch it. I lost about 8% in a 45 minute drive on performance mode. I have an iPhone 17 Pro Max.
I’ve shared with all of my friends! I’m seriously contemplating getting the TITA OBD adapter to get the full experience.
Also, $30 for the entire year is $3 a month is such a good price.

Unresponsive Ad Close Button & Unhelpful Support
I wanted to test the app properly before deciding on a subscription, but after every ad, the “X” button appears yet is completely unresponsive. I can’t close the ad at all, which makes the app unusable.
I contacted support, but their response was simply that the close button is controlled by advertisers and not their app, and they suggested subscribing to avoid ads. This feels like they’re shifting responsibility instead of investigating the issue.
I hope the developers take this problem seriously instead of telling users to pay to bypass it.

It’s a definitely thoughtful app with a brilliant design of UI. The setup is easy and most importantly it’s non-intrusive. Thanks for the team’s great effort.
Very slick UI
The UI is very in keeping with both Apple and Tesla. It’s smooth and intuitive. It even can show which doors have been left open! Wish it was able to also display turn signals also. Overall very nicely presented and thoughout dashboard app.

Thanks for using Dashla! This usually happens when HUD mode is accidentally turned on. You can turn it off in Settings to restore the normal display. Let us know if you need any help!
