How someone incompetent can approve this app to go live in production with half features not working
Driving license renewal
There is no option of Motorcycle+Motorcar/jeep category while renewing license.
Change in dates
This is extremely frustrating. Every time I enter my information and save it, my Date of Birth (DOB) and CNIC issue/expiry dates are changed automatically. I have corrected these details nearly 10 times, but whenever I save and review the information, the dates have changed again.
Govt Services on finger tips
The App is nice easy and uncomplicated, UI UX is perfect.
But there is issue with the app as I updated my personal details several times but again when return to App still showing old details. Also uploaded my cnic.

Biometric verification for overseas
Kindly add an option for overseas Pakistani residents. It is very difficult to apply for arms licenses from foreign countries.

Respected KPITB since last update when ever i try to update my profile and click on save its keep crashing i tried many many time but problem is still same. Plz try to fix it, so people can use it. Thanks
Absolutely pathetic service
It's been over 4 months, and my card is still stuck in "printing queue." They've taken the payment, but nothing has moved forward. Reached out multiple times with zero resolution. This is just another example of the incompetence plaguing the whole KPK system. The app might look modern, but the service behind it is unreliable and broken. Fix your system or stop misleading the public!
