What is the purpose of the app :-
The purpose of the app is to collect defects and any improvements on any equipments deployed on the field. Any suggestions or observations on deployments can assessed using the different fields and photo capturing options given in the tool. It is more efficient to collect this data on mobile apps rather than making the user run this on a laptop.
Target Audience :-
Ericsson Personnel, Fields engineers, Product managers, Service managers, Executive who want to see report.
