Avoid - they lie!
Absolutely awful. Our taxi was over an hour late (and we prebooked on the app). We phoned 3 times, each time being told it was 10 mins away. Eventually they told us there had never been a taxi anywhere close to us (they had lied to us on each call) and they couldn’t send one at all, without taking any responsibility and speaking to me incredibly condescendingly. Will never be using again.

The app doesn’t work, you can’t even register. It just crashes after you put your mobile number in.
Do not use this company!
Booked a cab. Cab was late. Rung company. Dispatcher lied and said taxi 4 mins away. The app showed taxi then allocated and was 20 mins away. Total shambles and no amount of technology will hide terrible service.
What for if “cannot accept bookings at this time”?
Trying to book a taxi severally and what i get is ’cannot accept bookings at this time’. Not reliable at all - in as much as all cabs may be booked, what about letting the client book and see the waiting time for him/her to make a decision whether they can wait?

Tried to order a taxi last night via app 4 times and each time it was cancelled with in minutes of me booking. I understand they were busy but don’t advertise and book ‘available’ vehicles if you’re that busy. As I’d booked so many times they did eventually ring me and told me it would be an hour and a half wait, why not just say that on the app? My fare wasn’t the biggest so maybe that had an impact on the service although one of our party wasn’t able to walk far hence our need for a taxi. Will be reluctant to use again in future.

Booked a taxi on the app for 14:30, all good. Had a notification at 14:20 saying it had been cancelled. Phoned the operator who had said the system had cancelled it because they may of been too busy. Absolutely useless!!!

Poor! Never on time, rude customer services and terrible app. Used this app a couple of times and have been utterly disappointed each time. It’s a shame that this is the only way to book your taxi from an app in Swansea.

Very slow and terrible service attitude, refusing to take passengers and it is the highest price of taxi in the swansea, totally not advice people to use data cab in swansea, advice people to use yellow cab in swansea and phone number is 01792644446, they got a very good cab service in Swansea, good luck for every one.
