Doesn’t work

I can’t add apps. Tried adding iTunes connect, then timed out. Tried adding firebase, but never got a push prompt to complete the login process. You can’t even add an app from inside this app, it opens some mobile unfriendly web view.

Unusable with its atrocious app onboarding process.

iOS problems

It keeps disconnecting my app from the AppStore and when I go check it out it says I need to do the 2 factor authentication again. When I do it still keeps on loading then it times out. I really had high hopes for this company. They are still stuck in 2013

Hard crash on boot

New update ruined the app

Now with new update I can't filter to view any related chart, only overall top chart works, wish I hadn't updated , really terrible in compare with old version!

Reflect the iOS decimals!!

Apple made changes a long time ago to its presentment of App Store star ratings, showing scores down to decimal vs. increments of half stars.

App Annie still doesn’t reflect the correct App Store scores and needs to update its syncing with App Store star ratings.

Doesn’t Work!

Inoperable (both app and via website) for months now with absolutely no explanation from the support team. If it won’t collect our data what are we giving you access for?

App tracking???

Hi is this app like android’s AppBrain? Looking for an app that I can track apps even after uninstall. Kinda like keeping track of anything I’ve ever installed

Stuck with Chinese

It’s a good app, but I changed once the device language to Chinese, the app changed with it, and now it won’t let me change back to english. Already tried to reinstall it, but no success! Fix this, please!

Rank history still be broke

I use this on a regular basis to check my iOS app. But I am constantly told that it failed to load the rankings in this latest version. Like it never works😭

While I'm at it. Please add the ability to see rankings in multiple countries at once. And maybe see iPhone and iPad on one screen. Thanks.

Love App Annie, but...

Website is actually more intuitive and accessible. Took me a long time to figure out that I had to connect apps there first before being able to find them in the app.
