Poor support & unfair billing terms
Databox provided me with no customer support by phone, poor and untimely support via e-mail, charged me an arm and a leg for using their service, auto-renewed my account after 6 months of inactivity, and would not provide a full or prorated refund when I contacted them.
As things stand now, I have paid Databox $1,910 to use their "free" plan through March of 2027 and am not entitled to any full or prorated refund. Unfair and shady business practices, in my opinion, by Databox and not in line with how other subscription based companies operate.

When it works, it’s great
Databox is an excellent tool when it works. Visualizations and functionality are just as good, if not better, than most other data visualizers out there. Unfortunately the biggest drawback is that getting the tool to load is often a waiting game. It should not take beyond 15 seconds to load anything, but it can take as long as 10-15 minutes which, in most cases, is totally unacceptable. I would use it more if that were fixed, but until it is fixed, its use will be limited.

Great app with room for improvement
Databox is a fantastic application. I love how it’s structured and how clearly the data is visualized. I’ve been using both the web and mobile versions for the past two years, and they’ve become essential tools for my daily workflow.
However, I’ve noticed that the mobile version has some issues. Sometimes, when I open the app, it takes longer than expected to load the data, even with an internet connection of over 200 Mbps. This often forces me to restart the app to resolve the issue.
I’m sharing this not as a criticism, but as constructive feedback to help improve an already excellent tool. Keep up the great work!

As a Business Made Simple Business Coach, Databox gives me and my clients their most important business measures and metrics in the palm of their hand.
Awesome Tool
Having all your business metrics on your phone in a slick app is awesome.
One small complaint - the date filters frequently bug out and occasionally the graph totals are wildly inaccurate reporting only 1 days of data.
That being said, glitches generally resolve themselves in a few hours and overall the app is great to use.

I didn’t expect there to be an app because a lot of data heavy websites / softwares don’t even have an app but this is SO awesome! Love the app, love the tool!

Could not live with out the app. Now 100% does not work. Get an error message that there is no internet connection at login (there was internet connection). Even social sign in with Google does not work. The value of databox to me is is to keep track of my business on the go. Very disappointing.
Wonderful Platform for Business Guidance

I guess it would be good if it worked
So I created and account then sometime later opened the app and got a message “error: account deleted” so I logged out and tried to sign back in but it did not allow me. Then I decided to register a new account but that did “nothing” when I clicked the button.
I’m also very skeptical of these apps thAt want you to log in with via your social media accounts.
Anyway based on the description it looks awesome but I can’t get it to work so out it goes.

How is this app not on top of the analytics apps? Literally I deleted 6 analytics apps from my phone after I got this. Google Analytics, Adsense, YouTube all in one app? Even google didn’t do that.
So happy with the social stats as well like twitter followers.
The only issue I had is when connecting to google services the app times out and I have to restart it but it works after that.

If you like being connected at the top of the pile of data instead of somewhere in the middle. You absolutely need to get or try Databox. 100 % . The time it can save you alone makes it worth it !! That’s your life!! Get between everything fast access everything from anywhere. I would almost say if you don’t like I, will send you your money back. It’s GREAT

Killer App
I was looking for an app that I could use to analyze a couple different businesses that I have online. This app is simply awesome. I can set up custom notifications for each connection I have and it's all in 1 app. Exactly what I was looking for.

Invite your entire company in it
You can share data snapshots with your team and discuss stuff. Very useful when something is going on.
Offers more than it meets the eye
Native mobile app, watch app, TV dashboards, and customization of everything I just mentioned. Thats it.
