Fraudulent business that will steal your money
Sleazy
Wow, when trying to cancel they really make you jump through hoops
Response from developer
Mobile app not Synced with Laptop
For a seamless experience mobile to laptop or website, This is one of the worst app I encountered. Specifically, when you subscribe via the mobile app, that subscription doesn’t show up on website when using a laptop or desktop. The genius solution DataCamp offered is to UNSUBSCRIBE the app subscription and go to the main website in the browser with a laptop, and subscribe again 😱. This unnecessary process sounds amateurish and makes DataCamp looks incompetent. In a nutshell if you mainly use laptop or desktop for your tutorials, don’t subscribe via the mobile app as your subscription will not appear on website/ laptop😰. It is really infuriating 😡

Really sorry to hear this — subscription sync between mobile and web should work seamlessly, and it clearly hasn't here. This can sometimes be linked to an Apple ID email mismatch between your app account and DataCamp login, so it's worth checking that both match. Please reach out via support.datacamp.com with your account details and our team can get this sorted properly for you.
Scammers!!
You can renew your membership with 1 click. However, they don’t allow you to cancel your membership. They force you to unable to cancel your membership. They just focus on money in your pocket!
Language
Need Chinese
Couldn’t live without it
This app is a resource haven for all things Data Science!
Mobile version needs work
I wanted to start studying on my phone to pass time instead of playing phone games but it freezes in between me submitting my work, and it rarely lets you resume after restarting, my last straw was it lagging to the point where it selected ai assistance without my consent, making me lose points 😤
Learning at fingertips
Almost every emerging tech covered
Hands on learning
I love the fact that with DataCamp you get to actually practice what you learn, right then and there. It’s different from other platforms in that you get to do exercises and projects based on what you’re learning, which is essential for mastering and understanding concepts, basically they provide you with the environment and resources you need to learn and practice. I’ve improved a lot since I started learning with DataCamp, totally recommend it whether you’re starting from scratch or you’re already experienced but you just want to practice and sharpen your skills.

No recomendable

Subscriptions
Highly predatory app with regards to subscriptions
Used to be good

Mobile Site >>>
Full screen experience for videos is superior on the mobile site. Skip the app if you are actually trying to grind on the go.
Not a native iPad app
On iPad, only useable in Portrait and even then doesn't use the full screen. The developer could do much better.
Good but sizing issues
It is good on mobile but on a tablet it takes only some space and lefts the other space blank.
Response from developer
Appreciate your review! Sorry about the tablet display issue—that shouldn’t happen. If the blank space problem persists, please contact us via support.datacamp.com and our team will be happy to help.
Videos do not work
It’s been weeks since I reported the bug and I still have no answers. Obviously I have the app’s latest version
Excellent app
I am amused how it’s so clear in teaching topic and above all they allow u to go through content for free. Teaching is interactive and where need be the system has inbuilt tools so no need to add any extract software.
Response from developer
Really appreciate the kind words! We’re happy the structured lessons and in-app tools are making your learning experience smooth and engaging 🚀
