Terrible Update
The newest update is extremely disappointing. They have overlooked bugs that have been noticing for months just to make uploading pictures far less user friendly. Now the front of building also doesn’t show up on proposals. A needless update that has dramatically decreased usability. It would be far better reverting back to the previous version.

Great business management tool
I have used Dataforma since 2012 and it has been a great tool for me in Payroll and accounting. It is effective in tracking all labor hours and cost that we need to track whether for Production or Service. Billing is a breeze and if I have questions, the people at Dataforma are superb in answering any questions I might have. Working with these professionals always makes my job easier. I would recommend Dataforma for any company that is looking for a great web-based business management system.

Dataforma works great
The Dataforma Mobile allows me to work from anywhere. I can create live correspondences when I’m on the road, know who I’m calling each day, and determine the most appropriate time to follow up. I couldn’t do my job without the Dataforma Mobile app.

Dataforma has been one the biggest reasons I have been able to grow my service department from 4 to 23 trucks. The software enables KPost to keep all our previous, current and proposed work organized, while the app allows my technicians in the field to process their work orders easily which allows our staff to bill faster. The analytics and reports I can produce with Dataforma gives me the information and data to know where my strengths and weaknesses are throughout my business. Allowing me plan for the future and train away errors. With Dataforma, I can read the future.

A must have for service
We couldn’t run our roofing service business effectively without Dataforma. This app allows us to quickly and effectively communicate information from the office to the field and visa versa. Customers want information communicated quickly and this allows us to do just that. A must have!
Great for service work orders!
The cloud based Dataforma software was a game changer for our business. Now this APP has changed how we get our work orders to our techs and how the techs get the info back to us. We have looked at other systems and Dataforma is still the best. If you haven’t looked at this for your business, run don’t walk.

Great Program
I’ve been using the system for over 2 years and find it extremely useful. From a management view I am able to gain information quickly and I’m able to provide information quickly to my technicians. Love that labour and material can be added in each field ticket for each individual work order. Also that you can provide notes to each building that will come up every time you creat a work order
on that location. I use this system daily and whenever I couldn’t figure something out I call the 1-888 number and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solve immediately. I highly recommend this system to any service style trades.

PLEASE
Update this app so it works properly on a phone. Make it easier to put pictures into the files you need them in, not just randomly in documents. This app needs major work. I wouldn’t use if if I didn’t have to.

Can you fix the picture problem? I have to upload pics to get projects done. It will not load my camera roll anymore. Shows that I have 1 picture in my album and it’s a random pic each time.
Could be better
I constantly have problems uploading Photos using this app. This causes unneeded headaches. I wish this app worked more fluently.
