Datasym Loyalty

Working seamlessly with Datasym’s point of sale solution and back office software, Datasym’s Loyalty application provides all of the loyalty features previously available via physical MSR or contactless cards. Using an application to identify yourself is far more convenient and is more cost effective to the business owner. Datasym’s loyalty application allows you to securely create an account within the POS solution where you can then start to earn loyalty points by scanning the QR code within the application at the point of sale when you make purchases. Datasym’s point of sale system will add points per pound spent to your account with the app allowing you to monitor how many points you have earnt to date. The same QR code can also be scanned to spend your points and gain a discount off of your purchases. Datasym’s loyalty application has support for stamp cards as well as simple points per pound. Stamp cards allow you to have offers such as ‘Buy 5 and get the 6th free’ which unlike traditional promotions can be spread across time as well as multiple branches. The app has a graphical display of your progress in each stamp card active at that time so you can see exactly when you are due a free item at your next visit.
