Needs QoL updates/upgrades
Been using this app just over 2 years now. Needs a way to export stops to a routing app or some type of collab to make that process less burdensome. Needs a way to sort the list on the delivery side and load scan side. Sometimes while reviewing the load scan side it shuffles the order to no apparent reason. Makes coping stops to a routing app very frustrating and time consuming. Also when I see h for a stop it would be nice to be able to go back to just the search bar not back to the main list.

So many bugs with this App
App crashes when taking signatures, photos at pick ups and proof of deliveries.
When using maps to navigate to a location or any other app datatrac crashes in the background and Dispatch is unable view location of user even though Location Access is always On .
It would be ideal for drivers to be able to view a map in the app showing all multiple stops, App should just be called Datatrac Tracker , and not Datatrac for Drivers.
But when you offer a suggestion you just get a reply saying contact your dispatch (!?).

But I have to force close my application everyone time after I take a photo or type in a name.
Sometimes I will complete a stop and my dispatch will tell me it’s still showing incomplete.

Can we get an update?? The app has a font and size like it was made in 2011. We can not change the default map or nothing. Please update.

Updates are very annoying and intrusive
The fact that you have to delete the app and re download it for random updates that do nothing is extremely interrupting when I am on a fast paced timeline for work activities. Please allow for background updates while in use, OR allow for updates once a job is complete. Forcing an update is absurd.

Love DT and what it has brought to the table with the integration into IOS. The only issue I have is that my portable scanner will not synchronized via Bluetooth. Is there a fix for that?

Does not work on iPhone
The app didn’t work with my iPhone 6s Plus . I upgraded to an iPhone XS Max and it still doesn’t work . The orders do not show up on my stop list. I have to use a small android phone in order to get work done . Please fix the issue . Thank you .
