Horrible customer service as of late
Had this system for years and customer service was great … not sure what has happened. Nothing but problems and can not get a return call. Disappointed

Not notifying
Doesn’t notify and when I say order is ready deletes the phone number. Very aggravating especially when support doesn’t know how to fix the issue. That’s what I pay for! Ready to return this.
Italian restaurant
I use this for my busy Italian restaurant. The reporting really helps me with waitress performance and tip tracking. Makes it easy to do my tax reporting also.

We have 3 stations and carry iPad around to take orders and print ticket to kitchen. Reports very useful.
Great for my Bar and restaurant
Love the ability to save orders. Look up customers by phone. Track my waitresses tips. Add modifiers to items like Cheese or Avocado. Print kitchen copy on the main unit or upgrade to a printer in the kitchen.
