Needs work
App will let me see the files but not download them. I have to delete the app and reinstall anytime I need a file remotely. Very unfortunate because I love the security in knowing my files are backed up. Needing them remotely is a must. Please fix this.
Cannot see any docs
We’ve had this for a year and the mobile app has never worked. It shows files where they are stored correctly but you can’t open and docs
Smooth and integrates easily
Works great, no issues, prefer to Dropbox and others. Especially since it integrates so well with other Datto backup products. And tech support is always live humans with no annoying call routing and super helpful! I like this.
Better then Dropbox and Google Drive
I love how easy datto integrates with third party SaaS. You can easily move files from Dropbox to Datto Drive without a hassle.

Loving Datto Drive
With the iPhone app, You can even connect it to multiple Datto Drive accounts. The in-cloud PDF and movie viewer is great. Instant upload would be better if you could automatically batch upload all existing images.
