App is crashing
Updated to new IOS 26.3 app is crashing when opening.
Help!
Can’t even open the app at all now, though it used to work. It crashes before it fully opens. Completely buggy and seems nobody is maintaining and updating the app anymore.
App Crashes
Downloaded and installed the latest version. App immediately crashes. iPhone 15 latest iOS.
Does what I need
This app shows me my balance in transaction history, gives me all the data that I need. When I got stuck, I called and they got me right in. Great people!
Functioning App. Rather Nice.
The app works. I use it almost daily to check on things. Don’t listen to people who can’t use technology.
Weak interface
Considering switching brokers just because of how terrible the interface is. Hardly provides any insights to how my portfolio is doing. Lots of bugs (with every update as well) including not remembering my device requiring 2FA each time I log in and the app always crashes when enabling Face ID.
I never know if it will open…
I usually have to delete the app and reinstall just to see my balance. I’d never use it for anything else. If I enable face recognition, it’s 50/50 if it will work. When I log out, the app reloads, so it’s a constant hamster wheel. 2 stars is generous
Awful User Interface
If you’re holding $16.1 Billion you should be able to afford to make an app that works. App is terrible in general, hire a better developer. App won’t let me log in, doesn’t let me select “log in” after putting in account information, button just doesn’t work. Website auto loads app if you try to log in through browser.

Buggy login
The login page for this app is consistently buggy on my iphone. It refuses to mesh with ios upgrades, frequently forgets to use face recognition, and the login button frequently will not work.
Very Annoying!
Very Annoying!
immature app
phone.
1. I really dislike the goofy smile on the face of the young man on the first screen of the app. He’s way too young to have a big Davenport account. his grin looks like he’s made a lot of money rather than he’s given money to a food bank and the local housing advocacy group.
It would be better to use scenes from nature or even the floor of the stock exchange rather than some male model whose looks don’t sit well with people.
2. there are three extra clicks to get into the bill pay account. This is really not necessary. Why not allow the customer to put one custom link on the main page?
3. you all have done a good job allowing two people link to one account for paying bills.
4. There is no way to customize columns. I want to see two particular columns, but they are far apart in the configuration that you think is most relevant.
5. There is no search for payee on the bill payer applet.
6. After you enter several bills, you have to scroll to the very bottom to sublit these bills.
