New class booking proposals for app
Instead of investing money in the app to improve the booking process someone has come up with the most bizarre booking process. To now have to book at random times throughout the day is simply ludicrous why does no one at David Lloyd think of the practical side of this, all this system will do is complicate the whole process for members. Why can’t a company the size of David Lloyd invest money in their app development to ensure a smooth booking process. Were members even consulted regarding this new procedure????

People can’t book at the time all the classes open at once, the app crashes… what to do? Allocate more bandwidth or processing power? No, because that would cost money and we hold our customers in contempt. Much better to change it so you have to log on at whatever random time your class is 9 days before! Genius! Pathetic.

Absolutely the best money I’ve ever spent. If you want to invest in your own health and wellbeing, then join DL. Some people say that it’s expensive, but that’s only the case if you don’t go.

Tennis Coach fiasco
Sacked the brilliant tennis coach for spurious reasons. Really poor management.

Disappointed as not able to see graph of attendances. Also not receiving complimentary guest passes anymore!

It would be better to just list available slots rather than click into different days and times to see what is available

Absolutely awful. It only gets one star because there are no options lower. A completely soul destroying experience. I only use it because I have to. And forcing me to update just adds to the pain

Constantly thinks it’s offline when phone is clearly online.

Since the update I can no longer order food from the app, have lost rewards and guest passes, no one on site seems to be able help and app support takes me to the website with limited guidance

D.L. A sports and fitness Club - why no Sky Sports,TNT sport,Sky soccer, Sky Cricket, on any of terminals in Gym. A visit to Cheam D. L. had all of above.
General review
Trainers are very good. Club room will look more spacious without partition in the middle. Changing rooms could do with more lighting.
Gym & Aqua Aerobics

Three Aqua Aerobics classes are held at different start times -confusing for some-though all trainers are pleasant and good. Some of these start times reduces use of some using studio and gym before the aqua class. At the present time I am entirely happy with club.
I find all staff pleasant and helpful especially reception and cafe area.In particular, I find Kelly to be helpful and approachable and not afraid to tackle any issue.Thank you to all and Toby for keeping control.

Errors at 7pm everyday
Rubbish cannot cope with booking demand at 7 when classes are released. Update improve food ordering!!!!!
