Disappointed with Class Booking Reminders
When setting a reminder to book a class the App gives the option to “Request this reminder every week”. However it doesn’t work because if you look at the same class the next week there is no reminder and you have to request it again.

The WiFi at my club (Newbury) is terrible.

I’m unable to redeem my free hot drink as when I choose the option the screen goes blank white

App has improved in terms of responsiveness.
Currently it has a fault where you cannot claim your free drink reward, it just stays on a blank white page and does not progress. This was confirmed by my club but how do we report this and get assistance?

Obscure categories with inconsistent UI and no search. An alphabetical list of functions would be better.
And nothing in the gym uses your in-app ID. Everything has to be added via a third party account. Good luck adding all 20 services.
No equipment links to smart watches. It's all cloud and account based. I expect cos there's money in the data.
Overall, it's just awful.

Calendar Data
Why does the App need full access to the iPhone calendar rather than just permission to create appointments?
I can’t use the facility to transfer my session bookings to my phone calendar because I don’t want to expose all my calendar entries.
Nobody should be simply clicking through to give this level of permission.
3* rating rather than 5* until is fixed.
Didn’t get an answer to this so rating downgraded to 2*
Should probably be just 1* as the link for app support just goes to the DL homepage.
I strongly suspect the developers never read their reviews.

Terrible booking system
Want to book a 6am class? Well you’ll need to set your alarm for 6am nine days before! Not so conducive to well-being if it’s your day off or a weekend! Good luck with the ill/thought out new booking system on the DL app!
One of the best apps I’ve ever used
Everything integrated into one platform. Access to the club, club info, ordering food, account and subscription management, uniformity across clubs. Excellent move by the higher ups to throw money at this.
Shocking app
The app keeps glitching, Iv just joined the gym today and every time I try to login it says I have no internet connection, tried on multiple devices and the same error everywhere.
My app doesn’t have most features.
My app appears different from my partners and I cannot order food or book crèche through it. I also have shown it to DL team members and they have not seen it before. Ive re downloaded etc but not working correctly and different from my partners and we share the membership. Not sure of a fix ?
Booking system dysfunctional
Instead of investing in the back end system to enable people to book classes when they wanted, or putting on more of the popular classes DL made booking system a convoluted mess, being both more inconvenient and harder.

Too much moment and motion
Please give us a way to stop the motion and excessive animations in the app. My eyes can’t focus on anything because there’s too much movement on screen. It seems like everywhere nowadays has excessive use of videos for absolutely no reason other than to annoy anyone who is neurodivergent or generally sensitive to visual motion.
