Disappointed as not able to see graph of attendances. Also not receiving complimentary guest passes anymore!
Court booking user interface isn’t great
It would be better to just list available slots rather than click into different days and times to see what is available

The last few updates have removed CID forms and clubroom ordering from the app.

Absolutely awful. It only gets one star because there are no options lower. A completely soul destroying experience. I only use it because I have to. And forcing me to update just adds to the pain

Constantly thinks it’s offline when phone is clearly online.

Since the update I can no longer order food from the app, have lost rewards and guest passes, no one on site seems to be able help and app support takes me to the website with limited guidance

D.L. A sports and fitness Club - why no Sky Sports,TNT sport,Sky soccer, Sky Cricket, on any of terminals in Gym. A visit to Cheam D. L. had all of above.
General review
Trainers are very good. Club room will look more spacious without partition in the middle. Changing rooms could do with more lighting.
Gym & Aqua Aerobics
Up
Three Aqua Aerobics classes are held at different start times -confusing for some-though all trainers are pleasant and good. Some of these start times reduces use of some using studio and gym before the aqua class. At the present time I am entirely happy with club.
I find all staff pleasant and helpful especially reception and cafe area.In particular, I find Kelly to be helpful and approachable and not afraid to tackle any issue.Thank you to all and Toby for keeping control.

Errors at 7pm everyday
Rubbish cannot cope with booking demand at 7 when classes are released. Update improve food ordering!!!!!

Generally good but latest iOS version not working
I generally like this app and use it regularly to book classes, view the timetable and leave feedback. Very handy!
The latest version (downloaded today) doesn’t seem to work at all)
When I updated the app I could open it and see the Home Screen, but clicking on timetable or any other menu item cause the app to hang (spinning wheel)
I’m on the latest version of iOS, I’ve restarted my phone, restarted the app and then deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing worked and I now get an error saying there is no internet connection (there is and my browser and other apps are working fine)

Easy to use
Great app and great club that’s what 5 stars
Unusable
I can’t even get past the log in, as the app crashes. I’ve decided to sign up to a different gym. If this app is representative of the service I’ll be getting, I’m glad I didn’t sign up.

System Errors every time
This app is not fit for purpose. It’s buggy and keeps crashing. Please fix.
Impossible to book courts
It’s impossible to book a weekend slot for padel, despite being on the app 9 days before. It seems you have to be logged in the minute the slots drop, which isn’t possible for everyone
