This game is so fun! David.Goliath is a story game that tells us David’s story all the way to the David vs Goliath seen! You need to tap the blinking object to keep the story going… also in each level Spike (the crazy sheep who thinks he’s a dog) shows up and if we tap him before he goes away he’ll bark. Also there are tasks we can do in each level like “ find the birds“ or “where is Spike”…oh yeah, and there are also mini games you can do throughout the story. We have to pay $2.99 for the whole story BUT IT IS WORTH IT!! Buy it, you won’t regret it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Liked the app but to play you had to pay
Seems distasteful to have a kids Christian app and allow them to learn and practice but once it was time for the David and Goliath battle you had to pay. Nope not paying

Best Game Ever
This is a hidden gem here at the app store and I’m so grateful for finding it. I’ve been enjoying it so much with the free version and I bought the full version for a great price too. The book of Psalms is my favorite book from the Holy Bible, and I love how the story between King David and our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ the Son of God connect together. Christ is King!

Cool but no sound
The game from what I can tell looks cool, however the sound doesn’t work. It would be a lot better if my daughter could hear it. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Great Interactive App!
I had a lot of fun playing this app. It has good humor, minigames, voice acting, and graphics. It is nice to see another update after 6 years! I definitely want the new features for the Lyre game!

Awesome and valuable
I enjoy hearing my 4 yr old laughing and engaged with David’s story. AND ITS FREE!!! To get the entire game/story, the price was amazing too! Thank you to the creators. Hope that they create another game with more stories.
Love this game
I was looking for bible games for my 6 year old. This is fun,engaging, interesting and we have both enjoyed it.

I have four kids, 10, eight, six and three and they all love this game. There are several things that are notable about this game that have me excited and I have already recommended it to my friends and family with kids that are trying to teach them about the Bible..
First, the Bible, and its volume and complexity can be hard to connect with kids on and show them God’s heart in pursuit of mankind. Sometimes the end result can be tall tales that are reduced to underdogs overcoming adversity. This game does a great job, supplementing biblical stories that not only inform on the story, but also contextually connect them with the heart of God.
Second, it’s fun. Admittedly, I play the game before my kids so I could talk to them more about it. I enjoyed it, a lot. I found myself trying to beat high scores on the hard levels…
Third, this is not a cheap, cut corners way to put Christian games on the Internet. The animation is outstanding. The voiceover was on point, the music and score was fitting and fun. In addition, you can tell that the creators took a lot of attention to detail in nuances with unique interactions. They didn’t rubberstamp functionality with the engagement on the app. There are Easter eggs filled through the game.
Fourth, my kids are now asking to play this instead of watching TV for their screen time. Wile, I’m doing the best I can to reduce screen time where possible, there are worse problems to have then them asking to have screen time with educating and engaging Bible stories.
My recommendation for parents, if you download this app, play it first. Take the time to understand it and use the opportunity to engage with your kids outside of the app for intentional discipleship.
I hope that the creators continue to make more games…

Kids love it, theologically sound
I originally got this for my 10 year old son, and he loves to play it. My eight and six year-old also have gotten into it and really like it too. It’s engaging, and some thing that I don’t have to worry about what my kids are playing. We need more like this.
