Problem with points and…
The problem I’m having so far with the app is that my points have disappeared and you’re unable to keep track of the days you purchase and the amounts so you can be sure you get your points other wise you have no clue. Also the communication portal shuts off extremely quick and you can’t communicate unless you start over.

App will not load
Ever since downloading the latest update, the app will open but does not load beyond the initial screen that simply shows the business name and logo; I’ve tried closing and relaunching and restarting my phone, but I’m still unable to get past that screen
