Nice experience for tennis fans
Nice to have a dedicated one-stop shop for both Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup. The switch between the two is a nice touch. Huge improvement on the old versions of the apps - like night and day. It would be great to have a more personalised experience in the future (favourite players and teams for example) but for any info or scores regarding these cups, this is now where I come. Keep the improvements coming!

Major improvement
Really liking this app. Super easy to use and flip between competitions. Scores are quick to load and highlights are a decent quality. Would love to see more behind-the-scenes content or player features but overall a solid app for fans.
Love the new look
The latest update has really improved the user experience. It’s easy to switch between Davis Cup and BJKC and the news and video content is displayed clearly. I love the reels and clips, which allows me to get up to date with the latest scores and schedules quickly.

Love the new look
It’s great to see an app that combines both the men’s and women’s events together. I’d like to be able to favourite players and teams but the design is so much better than the previous Davis Cup or Billie Jean King Cup apps. Well done!
Utterly broken
The revamped app is unable to move beyond the landing page. There’s a background pic of Sinner and a button for Davis Cup that is completely unresponsive. That’s it. That’s the app. Come on, Folks. Who thought it was a good idea to release this?

Hard to navigate and find any information
I get angry every time I open the app during the davis cup 2024 finals and try to find any relevant information. So hard to find schedule, order of play, anything. Confusing navigation.

This is the epitome of a terrible product. Not friendly, outdated, no information. As bad as this new Davis cup

I can see current scores but can’t access any information about the tie: player names, other matches, etc. Says I need an internet connection when I am, in fact, connected.
Must create an account and log in for some features. Hasn’t been updated in over a year. Clearly the ITF doesn’t GAF. Super frustrating as a fan!!!

It seems like the app has not been properly updated from last year. No current standings for the groups being played September 2024

Almost nothing is working e.g you can select your favorite country after login but then it disappears, impossible to select favourite players !!! App says that I have no internet connection, which is not true, app very often says an error happened, this app in its current state shouldn’t exist
