Unresponsive and late ordered
I have payed 2 weeks ago and I constantly asking about my order, trying to contact them restlessly but no response at all

Worst experience order medicine 2 weeks ago still waiting just checked online and they are expecting to upload prescription but never send any message or email for that and who the hell give prescription in Pakistan
Horrible Customer Experience
It’s sad that our services in Pakistan are just money making machines and have zero regard for customer care. They have a “policy” which is just an easy way to make more money out of their customers. Would never recommend this to someone who has a permanent medication requirement.

Problem in order
Today I did my first order with Dawaai and now I have a problem which was my mistake but you people aren’t helping me out to reslove it i just want to change the tablets.

Very poor delivery arrangements. Parcel with TCS Karachi on Friday and delivered in Islamabad on following Tuesday. Ugly packing.

my order was delayed for 2 days without any information on what was happening and everytime i call the helpline it take 10 minutes before anyone picks up if they do that is

No intimation was provided that order cannot be processed and it was shifted to Regular delivery from Fast delivery.
Delivery Time
There is no way one can find out the status of delivery after ordering. You take too much time to deliver the order. With my experience on the first order, I may reconsider my future order to you and will find another faster delivery source.
