Helps me center throughout the day

This app helps me to bring my focus back to meditation on God throughout the day. If I am feeling particularly disconnected from God, what is happening with my feelings, or my thoughts are on a run away train, the 5-10 minute practice helps me to notice what is really going on in the moment. I have an opportunity to process emotions, reframe inaccurate thought patterns, and meditate on Scripture and the Spirit’s leading.

Breathe, release, gratitude and listen!

I have a mantra, “Use your power (technology) for good and not for evil”. The dawn app has entered this space and given me a tool to simply center myself in the morning with God’s presence. The 3 minute practice of breathing, releasing my anxious thoughts, giving gratitude and then listening to what God has for ME is a beautiful rhythm. Connect your body, mind, and spirit daily with these practices before racing into your day (or the next social media app). Grateful for your stewardship of this app!

A tremendous way to start my day

I love using Dawn app while my coffee is brewing. Short enough that my coffee gets done, so in-depth that I leave feeling refreshed & ready to engage my day with peace & clarity.

Perfect start to my day

It is the perfect way to start my day, centering my heart and mind on Jesus. I loved that there are blogs to read to encourage my walk. The audio practice was perfect for my drive to work!

Great app!

What I love most about this app is it is one. It can be easy to get caught up in your day and have left (or forgotten where you left) prayer journals, Bible, devotionals, etc behind. And then you jump on your phone (which never leaves your side) and get caught up in the usually non-spiritual apps that are there. Now I have this great app that can stare back at me and remind me of a better way to spend that 5-10 minutes I have. I have enjoyed the daily practice while waiting to pick up my kid from school, before an appointment that I got there early for, or in those random in-between moments when I would otherwise just be killing a little time. What food for my soul to have this great little guided reminder to bring me into a place of peace and connection with my Creator! Highly recommend the subscription too as having your prayer lists and audio meditations all in one place is so much more convenient than having to remember where you access what. Fewer apps = more likely to use the one you have!

Sets the tone for my day!

In just the week I have been using this app I have noticed a shift in my mindset through the day. Starting the day with this short practice sets my mind and heart in the right direction. It gives me a place to release my anxieties and focus my heart towards gratitude. Highly recommend if you are looking for a positive way to kick off your morning.

Simple and helpful

If you are looking for a way to be present with God but find your brain has been conditioned to social media sound bites this app is for you.
Short, easy to use, you will get Scripture, meditation and community all in place.

great slow-down space to pray

A handy app to have to be able to center in, calm down, and pray anywhere / anytime. Beautiful style, peaceful, inviting, and streamlined. The design takes you right through the prayer practices and other features — developers are clearly seeking to create something tasteful as well as helpful.

Convenient way to find peace

In just a few minutes per day, you can find peace in God’s presence through this app. Great if you are on the go and don’t have your paper Bible and journal with you. Good in addition to those things if you are a traditionalist like me. But I love having this app option too! Beautiful colors and peaceful vibe.
