Loving it
I love this app so much. I wish it had a feature where i could see the whole month at a time with all my tasks written on it, but I still love the app. I also wish the app would flow over to my iPad as well. Overall, I love this app and couldn’t live without it.

Suggestion: add a ‘return/enter’ button so you can make a new line when making notes on the ‘Text’ option of the Spaces. I would want to see that feature and it would really help when I make many notes. Also an option to highlight or label notes that are ‘priority’ on text or to do
Other than that, the whole app it self is wonderful and beautifully made. Helps me organize my life so much easier, Thank you for this!! This app is an absolute gem!

Very good app
It’s a calendar where you can add tasks/to do things and you can add less or just singular simple tasks. It’s super easy to manage and it doesn’t constantly ask you to buy premium in fact I don’t even think there is a premium and you get super good features and it’s simple easy and accessible and you don’t need to watch ads every 30 seconds to do stuff and it’s very simple. Easy to organise and manage great app. I love it.

Use Instead of Apple Calendar!!
The Apple calendar app sucks because it’s very cluttered, unorganized, and not neat. This app is everything I dreamed of and free please use it’s so EASY to use!!!!! If you’re such a type A person like me this will be a life saver.

love the looks and the simple function of this app - however would like to request an option to view events only in a certain week or month. also a button to quickly jump back to the present date would be quite helpful as sometimes i find myself scrolling so far into future and i have to re-open the app to get back! other than that i adore dawn 💕

Dead App?
I love Dawn, it seems like the only truly minimal calendar on the market. But it looks like the Dev has abandoned it? I was hoping for an Android version, he had planned to make one, but it seems like Dawn is no longer in development.

i downloaded Dawn years ago as a SIMPLR CALANDER APP and its great. not only is there NEVER A SINGLE AD it’s so simple and straightforward i love it.
there’s 3 screens u can swipe between, the first screen shows just today and whatever tasks u have to get done. u can click DONE next to them and it’ll hide it from svreen one. svreen 2 shows the week, what tasks u hsge to complete this week and svreen 3 shows what days ur busy in a month. u can scroll to past weeks and months it’s so simple.
when creating a reminder u type in the name and time u want to be reminded. u can also add additional notes and an extra reminder that it’s upcoming if u want. there’s a lot i could type about this simple app but what more do u need to download when it’s free and no ads? u can also add it to ur home screen to see tasks it’s so great 5 stars

Great app but
I wish you could find past events easier then tapping the bubbles constantly searching for the event you are thinking of it’s quite difficult and it doesn’t really tell you much about past events
Still my favourite
A minimal calendar that I love. It gives me my day’s events/tasks in a simple view and separates my calendars into spaces for easy viewing. Only thing I would love is to see events in the monthly view. Very few calendar apps have this such as google calendar. But Dawn is still my go to calendar/tasks app

Amazing! Could add more features
this is hands down the best calendar app I’ve ever used- it’s pleasing to look at, simple, and I can integrate to-do lists into the calendar as well. the only reason I haven’t been using this as my main calendar, though, is because there’s no option to sync between devices. hopefully that feature is added soon!

I seriously love this app. The simplicity of it helps me to not get overwhelmed, I can put all my tasks on it and it really helps with my daily routine.
I wish it wasn’t abandoned
It’s been nine months since an update. I paid the lifetime fee, and it’s apparently for rare updates. I’ve emailed support, but no replies. I love the design, but the bugs I experience aren’t being addressed. I keep coming back to it, but I’m disappointed.
Optimization for Macbook
This has a lot of potential, I’ve been using this years back. Redownloaded it again but this needs to have one account for optimization on all devices. Apple’s ecosystem is great and this app can utilize it. I tried other apps but this is simple but has everything I wanted.. almost. Please be available on macbooks! I wanted to subscribe but I may wait first for it’s improvement.

Won’t sync to iCal
Won’t sync snd also won’t show any kind of menu or instructions. Says swipe left (for more information?) but nothing happens.
Please make this available for android!!
I love this calendar. I use it as my personal calendar so I don’t have my entire family’s events on my daily schedule, and it checks all the boxes for me. Unfortunately, I am switching to a pixel 8 and have realized that this app is only available for iPhone. Please make this available for android so I can keep using it!!

I tried it four years ago just to see and I’ve been using it ever since. I love how simple and non cluttered it is, and being able to easily see what I was doing on this day a few years ago is a fun bonus. It’s completely replaced my apple calendar and Google Calendar!

I would also be happy to make a one-time purchase to support development, but not a subscription. It would be cool if the premium version included a glassmorphism-style background option that cycled through a chosen photo album. The photo could be completely blurred for month view, a little more in focus for week view, and fully visible except for a blurred section where your tasks/events go. I think this would be a fun addition. Great work so far!
